Sad that it has come to that, but if we can win this game it is huge. The worst part of these losing ways is that Mark has been so off.

Its the annual whitesox corpseball offense power show. The weather gets hot, our hitters take a look at the short porch and try and park every pitch. Then after 7 innings we look back at 4 hits, a ton of popups, maybe some warning track shots, and we lose.

 

I will give anything for some line drive cuts, some nice gappers. But alas we are now into year 5 of watching us take the pipe in the second half. The only thing that was going for us is we had a 15 game lead. We just blew a 7 game lead in the WC in 2 weeks.

Interesting....Iguchi bats .335 vs rhp, and .215 vs lhp. Cintron bats .46 pts higher against lhp than he does rhp. So, it makes sense to not play Cintron against a lefty, and bench Iguchi today.

Here's hoping it is NOT "Beachball" Buehrle.

Mark is going to be rock solid tonight...... and silva could be the worst pitcher in the mlb right now.... but vazquez is giving him a run for his money
