(Zach Braff) and Elliot (Sarah Chalke) wound up in bed together. What's next: Did they or didn't they? That mystery is solved in the premiere. As for the rest of the Sacred Heart staff (in what is likely the comedy's final season), crabby Dr. Cox (John McGinley) will enjoy a fleeting moment of happiness, Laverne will (sort of) return from the dead, and Janitor (Neil Flynn) will finally get a first name.
