Just got home from the Brewers/Cardinals game. Cardinals look really good. Ankiel gives them so much more than a bat. Some energy and moves around in the outfield well. Starters are coming around as well. Franklin and Izzy in the pen are very good with Russ Springer. Cards look very good and Pujols hit a bomb to straight away center just below the scoreboard.

Gage, please delete the thread entitled "Barry Lamar Bonds" or at least delete all my posts in it.

I was getting into TNA before Russo came back. Wonder what the company would be like if they never hired him? Is everything really his fault? Who knows? The Kansas City Star doesn't believe Priest Holmes will make the team if Larry Johnson signs. Holmes hasn't practiced with the team and says he's at least ten days away from being ready to do so. He'll probably suit up for the Chiefs preseason finale, which should be his final time in a Chiefs uniform. The whole comeback has been a bizarre exercise. Holmes probably needs an injury to Larry Johnson, Michael Bennett, or Kolby Smith just for a chance. Aug. 13 - 9:30 pm et Back up for Cedric? Someone will take a chance on him.

Regal's facial expressions at Shiek during the Idol segment were classic even though we had no clue what Shiek was saying.

WWE Idol was awesome. I really like Santino's character right now.
