What? No mention of the thin air of AZ?

Crucifixtion study
Not to be picky, but isn't it "Crucifixtion"? "Crucifiction" sounds like another option besides fiction and non-fiction.

Illinois vs. Arizona Game Thread!
Congrats on a great game, Illini. I was trashing Williams with 5 minutes left in regulation and than he takes over and makes me look bad. This will be on ESPN Classic next week.

Morty Seinfeld has passed away.
QUOTE(Gene Honda Civic @ Mar 24, 2005 -> 10:34 PM) All of Del Boca Vista grieves for you Morty. Didn't he move out of there after being impeached?

Anyone ever stay at the Rio
Love the Rio, but it is a mile or so away from the strip. Not sure if that matters to you or not. Rio buffet rocks, though!

Bowling
QUOTE(Steff @ Mar 22, 2005 -> 02:45 PM) I bowled a 241 last night. I'm sure with great confidence that will forever be my high game. 241 or two 41's?

Worst Feeling Evar
This exact same thing happened to me about 2 years ago when I tried Hydroxycut. Whether I took it with food or without, I would get nauseous while working out and start a cold sweat. I quickly ditched the stuff.

Chicago Bracket
Refs can't count to 10. OSU inbounds with 1:15 and at 1:04 are crossing half court.

Chicago Bracket
QUOTE(Gene Honda Civic @ Mar 20, 2005 -> 08:23 PM) Those damn refs, they've sent SIU to the line 15 times -- 1 more than their average for a game, 3 more than they sent OSU. I understand this is sarcasm towards WHarris' comments. I see nothing wrong with the officiating. If SIU loses, I'll probably need an excuse though. Only call I thought was garbage is when they called a charge on SIU when OSU switched on a screen. The defender was clearly not set.

MVP Baseball 2005
MVP is tough. Pitching wise, you have to hit the lines, or else it is a hit. You have to be perfect pitching wise.

Lohan to Hilton voicemail
QUOTE(YASNY @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 12:16 AM) I changed the title of this thread to include a warning. I'd hate for someone to get fired over this. Aw come on, that would be the funniest part of the whole thing.

3/10 Sox vs. Rangers
QUOTE(qwerty @ Mar 10, 2005 -> 08:25 PM) That was dye. Not about this Rodriguez pitching for Texas, we have a friend of our family in the Cleveland minor league system, and when he was with them , said the guy was a head hunter. If he ever hit a guy, 90% of the time it would be on purpose. I remember him beaing Crede two years ago right after giving up a homer.

Notes: El Duque gets 'B'etter results
QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Mar 10, 2005 -> 02:02 AM) Yeah, that 55 mph offspeed pitch is El Duque's "Eephus" pitch. It's a ginormous monstrocity of a lob. I remember two or three years ago when he threw it to ARod at Yankee Stadium. Not sure if it landed yet.

Sox make first round of cuts
For some reason, I though Pacheco would get a longer look, but realize there are a ton of guys ahead of him.

2004-2005 High School Basketball Thread!
QUOTE(danman31 @ Mar 9, 2005 -> 03:59 AM) Looks like Warren got beat down by Waukegan 63-49. I'm not really all that surprised, Waukegan is a hot/cold team that can beat anyone in the state when hot. Conant! Dan, you obviously do not live in this area, cuz this is the biggest upset in years in this sectional. Waukegan played out of their minds, not missing a shot, and Warren was sloppy. Kudos to Waukegan.
