When do the ping pong balls get drawn?

Been trying to read about when AntMan2 takes place and if it will follow what happened in Infinity War and some think it takes place after Civil War and before IW.

I want to see it again, damnit. Only complaint is it needed more unicorns and rainbows.

Series went downhill a bit after I posted. Had some dull episodes and head shaking plot but really liked the last episode.

Is anyone here even arguing that gun protection is bad? It's just the type of gun that should be allowed. The Jay Feely picture controversy was so fn stupid because people have been taking joke pics like that before, plus he had the type of gun most people would agree that he has the right to responsibly own.
