QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Dec 17, 2012 -> 09:38 PM) Finally someone else who agrees with me. Movie was awful. I didn't enjoy it nearly as much as most people. I don't think it was awful but it was highly overrated.

QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Dec 17, 2012 -> 07:35 PM) Zero Dark Thirty. Opens Wednesday 12/19 at very few select theaters. I snoozed on tickets, where can I find some? The only place I see it playing near me, is in Lombard on Wed at 7pm. And Lombard isn't even that close to me.
  4. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Dec 17, 2012 -> 08:09 PM) Am I the only one who never thought Flair was entertaining? Best heel ever in the 80's to mid 90's.
  5. What has Stephen Drew ever done to get $10 million for one year?

Great last scene on Dexter. Stuff is out of control for the last season. Not like they can just go back to work the next day and pretend nothing is wrong. And once again, Survivor picks a lame winner. Ugh.

QUOTE (Jake @ Dec 16, 2012 -> 10:03 PM) There is an argument in my field of study (Cinema and Media Studies) that says this is all anybody can do. You beat me to it. He even admits homages. Their really is no originaly filmmaker anymore. The last original one may have been Scorsese back in the day but even he had influences.
  8. Hey, Illinois. You can blow these guys out, if ya want.
  9. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Dec 16, 2012 -> 05:02 PM) My team is going off this week. I'm enjoying this. Mine as well, in my 5th place game. Fudge.
  10. Does Clay Matthews realize how dumb he just looked?
  11. QUOTE (StrangeSox @ Dec 16, 2012 -> 02:22 PM) Sigh. The Bears just aren't that good of a football team, especially with the injuries. Maybe they'll sneak in with the wildcard but they won't be going anywhere. They're done if they lose. No tiebreakers except against Dallas.
  12. QUOTE (Jake @ Dec 16, 2012 -> 02:13 PM) That looked bad, but it shouldn't have been called Yeah, replay looked like Jeffery didnt do that much.
  13. Hey, let's run it up the middle a 4th time!
  14. QUOTE (fathom @ Dec 16, 2012 -> 02:08 PM) Nice job here of taking shots down the field. He'll yeah. Most teams do the "throw deep hope for flag" stuff all the time.
  15. QUOTE (nitetrain8601 @ Dec 16, 2012 -> 02:07 PM) Lovie is the best thing the Bears have going for them. Everything that everyone consistently complains about Lovie have nothing to do with him. They are personnel moves which have to do with Angelo, and now Emery. It's clear though. The Bears need to get an offensive line, Hester needs to switch positions(I'd have him simply as a nickelback on defense), and they need to get younger on the defensive side of the ball. I agree with you but it's not worth arguing in favor of Lovie anywhere. I'd fire him for a big time replacement with a track record, not so e first time coach.
  16. QUOTE (RZZZA @ Dec 15, 2012 -> 10:58 PM) Tonight was Teague's coming out party I guess. Maybe Thibs gives him more minutes now. Teague and Marco played some pretty good defense tonight. Thibs does a good job training defenders Teague was good against Williams, who wasn't even trying to defend his jumper, and knocked a few down. It was fun watching in, hopefully, emerge tonight. When Rose comes back, do we cut Kirk or Nate? I would love to see Teague back up Rose.
