QUOTE (SouthsideDon48 @ May 26, 2010 -> 11:57 AM) Yea, but the same can be said about life in general. Not everything really matters. Very true. All about the experiences and the journey. I recommend the people that are pissed about the Hurley Bird not being explained and such, to see if Damon and Carlton are doing a Q and A and ask about all the stuff that wasn't that big of a deal but would like to have an answer to instead of character journey's.
  3. I miss all the good stuff. Sounds like someone pissed in Joe West's cheerios.
  4. Dirk can be sort of a ball hog at times, well, most of the time, so I don't really have any interest in an older guy like that taking the ball away from Rose and Noah.
  5. Happy Birthday, D-bags!
  6. Read that Elizabeth Perkins is indeed done with "Weeds", but Linda Hamilton has signed on to join the cast in some capacity. Interested to see what she looks like. Probably not like T2 Sarah Connor.

QUOTE (Cali @ May 25, 2010 -> 08:04 PM) I feel really sorry for you guys that are so obsessed with these "unanswered questions!!!11!!!" that you can't just enjoy the f***ing show for what it was. I love it when you analyze.
  8. I'm already sick of the coverage of the 2014 Super Bowl.
  9. QUOTE (longshot7 @ May 25, 2010 -> 04:42 PM) He didn't. WWE creative pulled the plug on the feud as Mysterio is apparently leaving for a few months to take care of injuries and they wanted him to "win" the feud. I think it kinda kills Punk's heat, but he'll find some way to get it back I'm sure. It could have stretched all the way to Summerslam...... If that is the case, it goes against everything from old school wrestling. If a guy is leaving for an injury or whatever, he should be putting the other guy over. So lame.
  10. Was last night "Big bang's" season finale. The ending was humorous.
  11. Too bad Batista is leaving just when he has been this awesome heel.
  12. With Jon Lovitz hosting, can't wait for the awkward segment with the Divas.
  13. Season finale of HIMYM was lackluster...just like the entire season.
  14. QUOTE (Heads22 @ May 24, 2010 -> 07:45 PM) I really thought that show started off strong, really started tailing off towards crazy land, and then it got intriguing right towards the end of this last season. I kinda miss it being a story of just pot peddling, though. I'm starting Season 5 now. The first three seasons were terrific, but season 4 was really lacking with all the Mexico stuff. If I had to wait a week between episodes instead of breezing through them, I may of stopped watching.
  15. Steve Phillips was on WFAN in NY and said he would trade Stephen Strasburg for Roy Oswalt in a second. Um.....
  16. Punk losing that match is a travesty. Did he win one match in this feud? He comes out looking weak, IMO. They could of had Punk win, than on SD, Rey gets out of joining SES somehow.
  17. Orton seperated his shoulder last night in his match with Edge. Not sure severity. Mr. Anderson was tweeting junk about him, like a biatch.

Watching the Kimmel special now. Robert Pattinson is the man. Nailing Claire. She is smoking.
  19. QUOTE (Heads22 @ May 24, 2010 -> 12:49 AM) I can't remember, is that the one that Silas starts boning? Yes sir.

QUOTE (Kalapse @ May 23, 2010 -> 10:44 PM) But honestly, would there be any answer that was truly satisfactory for why the island was controlled by a magic light at it's heart that was held in check by a stone cork? Exactly. It just was.

QUOTE (Thunderbolt @ May 23, 2010 -> 10:39 PM) I believe the alt Kimmel endings are jokes. Also, the Alt's purgatory. The island and off-island stuff were life, and the white light was heaven. Beat me to it. The ALT was where everyone goes after they die at some point. Some later then others. I'm assuming Sawyer, Kate, Ben, Hurley all dies much after Jack did at the end. Interesting that Ben didn't go "in" at the end.

QUOTE (jphat007 @ May 23, 2010 -> 09:22 PM) Really? It seems kinda obvious to me. Assuming what I think is going to happen happens anyway. hahaha. If you didn't feel any emotion during that claire/charlie/kate scene you aren't human. That was incredible. Just got a little choked up at the Locke/Jack exchange right there.

This is going down as one of the best series finales ever. I still don't get the connection to the ALT and we may not be told, but this is great.

Good points, Milkman. I think Chase got what he wanted out of the finale. Constant discussion. I actually may go back and watch my Sopranos DVDs after I finish The Wire.
