If I land the job I'm hoping for, I hope to put more miles on my bicycle than on my truck. Last Year I don't know the exact mileage for my truck, but it was somewhere in the 8,000 mile range, and 2,000 miles of that was driving to and from Colorado. Miles on the bike last Year = 3,000 + I don't know exactly I lost my odometer sometime in late july and never replaced it. It was at about 2,000 when I lost it.

If that's KC's cap number then he is as good as a Chicago Bear. I've bashed angelo alot. But he and Phillips have the Cap thing worked out pretty well... They had Urlacher making 15MIL last season, of a 9 year 53.5 MIL deal... Urlacher makes relatively little throught the rest of the contract. with all the room available under the cap. I'm sure that Tait's cap figure is going to be at least in the 10MIL range for the upcoming season.

I don't know about that one. With the amount of cap room the bears have. 33MIL over 6 years is 5.5 MIL/year. That $14MIL signing bonus is likely weighted heavily over the first two years of the contract, minimizing the threat of the Bears having to take a big cap hit down the road, and increasing the probabilty that the Chiefs will not be able to match. Although I, admittedly, don't really know KC's cap situation.

Bears sign Tait to offer sheet now hopefully they have used all that room under the cap to frontload that contract and make it impossible for KC to match it. the 14MIL signing bonus is the largest ever for a RT. Now we have to sit back and wait a week for KC to make up thier damn minds.

The Bears have P-nut, zoom, RW slated is their main corners. RW's contractic is likely to be restructured because they can't cut him without taking a huge cap hit. The only way to reduce the cap hit would be to wait ntil after June 1 and stretch it out over 2 years. The bears may look into a CB in the 2nd or 3rd round, but i think they are off the FA conerback market.
