6/10 White Sox vs Texas Rangers, 7:10
Not only shoild Tony be gone, but Williams, who belives Hahn is some kind of God or Genius. Instead of getting a real 2nd baseman, we get Harrison, they millions on a bullpen that spends more time on the DL than actually in the bullpen i.e. Graveman and Kelly and Bummer. No stud right fielder, 84million for Yasmani, good money after bad, Harrison and Garcia. We always let the little head do the talking for the big head!! Let's not give Rodon a qualfying offer and at least get a draft pick if he signs elsewhere. Meanwhile Rodon is 4-4 with a 3.51 era 59 innings, 75 SO'S. who do we have going tonight?? Davis Maritn or if he wasn't hurt another oft injured pitcher and waste of a roster spot, Valasquez. And don't get me started on Jimenez and Moncada who can't stay on the field. If something isn't done, this will become a lost season, BUT if thats what it takes to get rid of some dead weight and TLR, so be it.

it should be Ozzie , but that piece of shit Kenny Williams won't swallow his pride. My second choice would be Giradi, 3rd choice my Cousin AJ.

6/9 GT: LAD @ Sox 1:10pm (Cease vs. Anderson)
Great move walking Turner to get to Muncy. I quests the only way to get rid of TLR is to not make the playoffs

6/9 GT: LAD @ Sox 1:10pm (Cease vs. Anderson)
Sheets plays 3rd tomorrow, I’m done. They’ve got a shit load of players that don’t play there regular positions. That’s the problem. Vaughn is a 1st Baseman, Sheets is a 1st Baseman, Jimenez SHOULD BE A DH. LOL. Burger is a 3rd Baseman/DH. YES Burger looks like a butcher today at 3rd. Yes his defenses will probably cost us the game today but I can live with one bad defensive game from the kid. If Moncada made the same mistakes, we’d be saying, “he had a bad game”. Not saying “he should be a DH.” As I watch this game and just TLR ORDER AN INTENTIONAL WALK with a 1 and 2 count, we really need Giradi to come in and manage, but no balls JR is a chicken shit.

6/9 GT: LAD @ Sox 1:10pm (Cease vs. Anderson)
No way is Burger a Yermin clone. He’s a ball player and will develop into more than a DH. He needs consecutive days at 3rd. You can’t learn a position playing it twice a week.

GT 6-4: Sox @ Rays (12:40pm)
I wrote a post earlier in the week comparing the TLR 1983 winning ugly team to this 2022 version. See the numbers below. NOW let say the 2022 TLR VERSION is not as good as the 1983 version of TLR. BUT the talent if healthy is better

White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
Is there a FIRE TLR FACEBOOK PAGE OR BLOG OR SOMETHING I CAN SIGN UP FOR?
-
White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
I told everyone we’d get swept. Bummer is a Bummer and is done.

White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
Hemond also gave us Dick Allen. Hired Chuck Tanner a manager and yes,he hired and brought in a young and smarter manager in 1983 named Tony La Russa. We do not have that Tony, he is gone. JR also turned the team over to Hawk and he s destroyed the team for years, firing TLR who went on to win 3 World Series. Management MATTERS WE DON’T HAVE THAT

White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
Some of us Sox fans from the late 70’s early 80’s may remember this: The 1983 White Sox were a very good team. Built to win. There was a player on the team named Tony Bernazard, our 2nd baseman and considered “the heart and soul of the team “. Similar to Tim Anderson or Jose Abreu. They were floundering and were very mediocre. Roland Hemond, who I consider the all time best GM in White Sox history decided it was to to shake things up. He traded Tony right around this time for Juice Cruz. Cruz WAS NOT a better player than Tony. BUT Roland thought he needed to make a statement. Shake things up, Wake EVERYBODY UP. REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THE TRADE? Look it up They crushed it won the division going away easily NOW A KNOW RIGHT AWAY you going to think I’m advocating trading Anderson or Abreu, NO I AM NOT. something needs to be done to shake things up, FIRE TLR? MAKE A TRADE? Something has to be done to shake things up Again I’m not saying to trade the heart and soul But something has to be done don’t say we’ll we’re injured and when everyone comes back we’ll be fine that’s bullshit all teams face injuries and our bench is not that bad DO NOTHING AND WE WILL BE 81 and 81

White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
We’ll lose, but not get destroyed. We seem to do a little better sometimes against good pitchers then shitty high era pitchers that everyone thinks we should crush. We never do. I think Cueto will do ok BUT he will serve up a few. TLR will put up a shitty lineup like he always does when a day game follows a night game. Maybe Toronto plays their crap also.

White Sox @ Blue Jays 6:07 PM: Kopech (1-1 1.29 ERA) vs Ryu (2-0 5.48 ERA)
Now let’s talk pitching. LOL. Pitching in better shape then the defense and offense. Cease, Kopech, Gio, and Lynn are good. Need to extend Gio before the end of the season. Bullpen is ok for now.

White Sox @ Blue Jays 6:07 PM: Kopech (1-1 1.29 ERA) vs Ryu (2-0 5.48 ERA)
They are still shit. Abreu looks like he’s waking up, Burger becoming a force. Anderson, Burger, Vaughn and Robert ( if he can stay on field for more than 3 games in row) are the offensive future. Engel will be a good bench guy. Jimenez I think will be in and out of the lineup forever and can’t be counted on. Abreu has one more year, maybe, than Vaughn takes over full time at 1st and Abreu moves to full time DH. Don’t know about Sheets, he could become a Joey Gallo, 230 hitter and home run or bust. There names escape me but the 2 young Cubans could be great but they are not even on the 40 man roster so they are a few years away. If Moncada won’t play second we need to get one. Just venting.

Sox vs Blue Jays 6:07, Giolito vs Gausman
Let’s all face it. With TLR as Manager, our 1st and 3rd base coaches and our defense and injures, we’ll play .500 ball all year.
-
Sox vs Blue Jays 6:07, Giolito vs Gausman
Yes I agree Caulfield, but not working out. Tough to be superstar from a hospital bed.
-
Sox vs Blue Jays 6:07, Giolito vs Gausman
Robert is supposed to be the next Mike Trout. He is as far as days on the DL.
-
Sox vs Blue Jays 6:07, Giolito vs Gausman
Attendance is not the problem. management is the problem, injures are the problem. I went to about 14 or 15 games last year. This year zero so far. They won’t get a dime from me this year.
-
Sox vs Blue Jays 6:07, Giolito vs Gausman
Vaughn is the answer and Abreu’s eventual replacement. Sheets still needs time. He may become a Gordon Beckham, an ok player but not a star. Vaughn is for real. I think Burger, if he plays will fuck up from time to time but get better. Moncada can’t stay on the field, Burger is the answer at 3rd, eventually. Give him a year and 500 at bats. Vaughn is the example. Playing everyday and getting better everyday. Will Robert and Jimenez ever play 120 to 130 games?? Doubt it. Physically overdeveloped players pull muscles, groins, hamstrings etc. …

Sox vs Blue Jays 6:07, Giolito vs Gausman
If we made the playoffs (Fat Chance Now) and the opponent is Toronto, we’d be without the Selfish Cease and Graveman
-
Sox vs Blue Jays 6:07, Giolito vs Gausman
We will probably get swept. Kopech will pitch a great game tomorrow but the the defense will allow 2 or 3 runs and Sox lose 3-1.
