After watching the 1st 3 games, Harrison does not look like a bad move for not giving up anything. Yes, as usual the Sox went on the cheap, BUT he could be a steal. Now, if you would move Moncada back to second and play Burger at 3rd, I’d like to see that experiment if Harrison goes into a slump. But so far so good!!!

According to Bleacher Report, the deal for Montas is close. BUT there’s no mention of Vaughn being part of the deal. I’m not in favor of the deal if it includes Vaughn. Vaughn is going to a star and the heir apparent to Abreu in 1 or 2 years. I’m saying, yes to Montas, get him, but not with Vaughn involved.

Please write in to improve the White Sox scribe that shows the score, outs, pitch count, pitch speed., etc. during the broadcast IT SUCKS. I peeked in on the Cub game or even last years scribe. They did it better last year and the Cubs do it better, I hate to admit it but the Cubs do that better. We need an improvement. They even spoke about it during todays game. They praised it as great but they also admitted that the scribe needs improvement. Everyone should send an email, tweet or text messenger to Comcast and the Sox. Another piece of shit pick up. Just looked at his stats and they SUCK. We always go on the cheap and try and fiund that diamond in the rough or a rehab project. Hahn and JR believe they can win with just pitching. All be it the pitching is pretty damn good but Harrison Valasquez and Kelly will not bring us to the promised land, only a legit right fielder and a REAL SECOND BASEMAN.

Looked at Lux’s numbers. Luery’s are better. Yes, he’s only 24. Maybe more upside but I wouldn’t sell the farm to get him unless Bellinger is part of the deal. Yes, we need a 2nd baseman, yes we need a right fielder, and another starter if Katz privately says Kuechel is done as a starter. Marte would have been a double solution, speed, which we desperately need. And right field. If you look at the numbers people got, Marte was a bargain. Now Marte would not of solved our 2nd base problem, but with Marte, I could of lived with a Garcia/Gonzalez and whoever at 2nd. Marte would of cost us nothing but money. BUT we’re also looking to do things cheaper. The way we’ve handled this year so far, somebody must of put a gun to Hahn’s head and forced him to sign Hendriks. Thank God someone did. I still believe in Christmas Miracles and Hahn will do something

alternatives are getting Burger coverted to 2nd or when his ready ask YOYO to move to second. Don't think YOYO will do it. Robbie is another alternative but he hasn't showed me he can hit in the majors yet

We did not need a shortstop, we need : 1. 2nd Baseman--Chris Taylor or Story (if he's willing to move to 2nd) works for me. 2. 1 starting pitcher, Rodon still out there, or a trade for a starter, at the rate pitchers are being signed, there may be no free ageents left to sign. 3. a right fielder if you're not platooning Vaughn and Sheets. Conforto/Castellanos would be nice at this point.

We lost out on Marte, Semien, Buxton and Frasier (trades would have been needed for these players). No 2nd Basemen yet, No Right Fielder yet, no rplacement for Rodon, and i don't want to totslly count on Kopech yet, he needs to show me he can pitch back to starts of 5 or 6 innings. Kuechle is older and i've lost confindence in him completely. Lopez is a HUGE question mark as a starter. Yes we have Lucas, Lance, and Dylan. Crochet i don't think is ready yet. Keep him in the bullpen to start the season. Castellano or Conforto for Right Field?? Or do we platoon Vaughn and Sheets and put more money into pitching. Chris Taylor or Trevor Story for 2nd Base?? Trades?? Who knows what is happening, although i never thought we'd get Hendriks. we just will have to wait again and take the crumbs that will be left. I think by December 1st we'll know.

PS as an addendum to my comment above, Bruce Levine is full of shit if he thinks he knows that Hahn is talking to Boras about Simien or any of his clients.
