  1. TLR is a too arrogant and father knows best type and a HOF manager to resign IMO. Unfortunately.
  2. A 2-1 deficit is more manageable than a 6-1 deficit.
  3. Lynn was still out there is the 7 th because TLR isthe manager who leaves the+starters in too long over and over,.
  4. Lynn was at 109 pitches just coming back from the IL. He had lost his control. He walked Mateo after he had him 0-2. That was the time to rake Lynn out. Should have had Kelly or Graveman up. Once again Sox allow a rally after 2 outs. No sense of urgency whatsoever from TLR as usual.
  5. No sense of urgency from TLR to bring in the better relievers and count on the Leury of the bullpen, Ruiz., instead.
  6. Please send this memo to TLR, our pre Moneyball manager. Analytics? What analytics? I am smarter than analytics.
  7. Two runs in 23 innings so far isn’t going to cut it. Our bats need to wake up pronto.
  8. Unfortunately GRF is a homer friendly park, and we are giving up that advantage by our power outage. Minus 58 run differential at home.
  9. We are not one of the fastest teams around. On top of that most everyone has “sore legs”.
  10. That is because TLR has exposed him by playing him practically every game.
  11. I suspect because TLR is our manager and/or McEwing is our 3rd base coach.
  12. Sox don’t like to take walks but are not hitting home runs either.
  13. Burger cannot be our regular 3B. His defense is awful. He doesn’t get in front of balls and cannot back hand the ball consistently.
  14. Good point. But the other sports are contact sports susceptible to bigger and more frequent injuries than baseball that take longer to heal.
  15. In most sports players play with some sort of soreness or pain. You would not have a football or basketball game without some players playing with soreness or pain. Baseball is not a contact sport and it does not need hitters to hit more than 5 times normally in a game. You have to balance risk/ benefits, but these guys are not paid millions to sit on a bench while scrubs like Leury play every game. Man up. To have Eloy bobble head day when he is nowhere to be seen is kind of odd.
  16. Just heard on orioles broadcast that all 5 pitchers that pitched on Friday ‘s game, were claimed off waivers, including their star closer Lopez. Has Hahn ever done this feat?
  17. And not pinch hit. for Leury late in the game. Even Cease would have been a better option.
  18. I still can’t believe Garcia is in the lineup today. This is a must win game to stop the bleeding, and we need to go all out with our best players. Garcia has been a rally killer with porous defense. Leury is the worst player in the Sox roster nowadays.
  19. May be getting a big pension and/ or bonus in addition to his salary or maybe even some Sox shares for being JR apologist.
  20. And his defense has not been good either.
  21. Eloy is in 60 day IL. Not good. But no worry Leury never goes to the IL.
  22. Why the hell is Leury in the lineup in a must win game? Is Anderson hurt or in need of rest? Leury is the one who needs rest. BTW if Leury has to be in the lineup he should be hitting 9 th. Is Big Energy nor ready to play also?
  23. This team is on intensive care with an incompetent doctor looking after them.
  24. The sad thing is that TLR was an unnecessary unforced error by JR.
  25. What else did you expect with a no energy, sleepwalking manager who doesn’t make the players accountable and makes bad decisions every game?.
