We should have won in regulation. Turned out that Moncada and Pollock could pinch hit, and TLR decided not to pinch hit for McGuire And Harrison with the bases loaded late, and again Harrison in the 9 th fails again. Yes, our D let us down, particularly Burger and ReyLo.

There are two things that TLR does not like to do , one is give a take sign and two is to pinch hit.

If we lose to the Cubs 1-0 in our home ballpark, we are f-cocked. As we cannot fire all the players, we need to fire the manager and some of the coaches. We need to stop the bleeding. TLR and his coaching staff has demonstrated that they do not adjust, and we are going from bad to worse. Radical change is needed.

Our manager and coaches suck. Keep making the same mistakes over and over. No take signs are ever given. What does Miguel Cairo do? He is invisible in the dugout.

With this current lineup, no doubt. No hitting, no defense, terrible manager.

If you can’t hit , at least take some pitches, maybe you draw a walk or get a cookie eventually. Those sliders to McGuire were practically unhittable anyway.

McGuire swung at three balls. Needed to have given him the take sign in at least the first pitch. We really suck now. Position players today are basically a AAA team.

No surprise we don’t work counts and do not take walks. Very impatient hitters.

Power outage with this team has been a problem, particularly in close games. We are just not hitting home runs. Missing Robert, Eloy big bats.

Maybe I should rephrase it as Grandal has more upside hitting potential than Harrison, as he takes more walks and has more power.
