TA out 3 weeks
Training staff has to be replaced. Just too many pulls, strains injuries.

05/29/2022 - Cubs @ White Sox
Why do we need to bunt Mendick with a man on second and no outs? Let him swing away. Sox cannot afford to give outs away when we are not scoring. TLR at it once again.

He needed to move TA to third, not try to hit a home run. Our team lacks plate disciplin, patience.

Do the White Sox Make the Playoffs?
No. Terrible FO and on field management. No energy. No accountability. No adjustments. Too many injuries. Bad defense. Bad hitting and on and on.

LaRussa anthem story making national headlines
At least Ozzie is more fun and has more energy.

Maybe I should rephrase it as Grandal has more upside hitting potential than Harrison, as he takes more walks and has more power.

Harrison is worse than Grandal.

We are missing Robert, Eloy, Moncada, and bad FA acquisitions are coming to the surface with lack of quality depth IMO.

Is Leury hurt? He is a better option than Harrison at 2B and a switch hitter at that.

Twins Moneyball. Take first Pitch. Analytics.
Read Yahoo Sports article on Twins finding a new Moneyball style trick/analytics that is working for them. It’s taking the first pitch whenever possible. Analytics data is that hitters starting 0-1 are slashing.211/.255/.325 with ..580 OPS while those starting 1-0 are slashing .251/.317/.417 with .789 OPS. Twins have taken the first pitch 701 times while the White Sox last in this category have taken the first pitch 577 times. They said pitchers have been avoiding first pitch fastballs to avoid getting ambushed. First pitch strikes to Twinshitters have been averaging 56 % this season and the MLB average is around 60%. Food for thought. At any rate, the message should be that White Sox hitters should be taking more first pitches. Sox need to adjust. What they are doing now is not working.

10 Steps to Save the Season
Who are they?

5/28 - Cubs @ Sox
Sox as usual we’re swinging at everything. Not working any counts. Not being patient and waiting for a good pitch to hit. TLR, when awake, should start giving some take signs when warranted or give more playing time to patient hitters that work the count and take walks.

You were told a lot of lies.

No energy. No accountability. No adjustments. Same old crap every game over and over. This tree needs to be shaken big time.

Good plan.

Only in TLR zombie land.

TLR has ruined the season for many fans. JR should listen to his customers. Get rid of this manager and soon.

And many inefficient lineups like Harrison hitting second, Leury third, Sunday lineups, over r3sting our better players, etc.
-
5/28 - Cubs @ Sox
AJP just criticized TLR for having a different lineup every game. And that tonight the 8 th and 9 th hitters are 5 for 6 and the top of the lineup zilch. Bring AJP as manager to shake things up.

5/28 - Cubs @ Sox
I would venture to say TLR today is the worst manager in MLB.
-
5/28 - Cubs @ Sox
This game should be 3-1 now. Taking Cueto out after 6 was a no brainer, to everyone except TLR.
-
5/28 - Cubs @ Sox
TLR is just incompetent at this time. He should resign or be removed. In most any other job in the private sector, he would have been terminated already for not performing.
-
5/28 - Cubs @ Sox
Cueto should not be in this game still. Not sure how Tony thinks this is a good idea.
-
5/28 - Cubs @ Sox
Cost us two runs to leave Cueto in one inning too long. TLR is just incompetent. We are not going anywhere beyond .500 with TLR at the helm. He should resign.
