  1. Dodgers announcers repeatedly called out TLR for leading off with Leury, saying your best hitters have to hit at the top of the lineup. Also criticized TLR for having three very low OPS low average guys hitting in the first five spots: Leury, Yoan and Yaz.Many also criticized earlier lineups withLeury hitting second or third. Maybe TLR finally listen to others.
  2. TLR undoing has been his stubborn obsession with matchups/ platoons., even if the players involved are bad, he still goes ahead with matchups, ie. Sousa against lefties, Leury/Moncada/ Grandal switch hitters against righties.
  3. There is a limit to fan masochism. Many are also fans of other Chicago teams with bad FO and coaches, which is practically all other teams like the Bears and Trubitsky blunder consequences, the Hawks with Colliton and all the bad Scottie Bowman moves, the JR Bulls mediocrity, not to mention the Cubs implosion. TLR and Hahn are ruining this season and some players too. But the buck on the field stops with TLR.
  4. TLR bringing in Sousa to face the heart of the Dodgers and Rangers lineups in two close games late is sheer madness. Cost us 2 games IMO.
  5. Stop using him in close games. looked tome that the error should have been on Leury who could not handle the throw right at him.
  6. Should be non stop chant.
  7. Because those other playoff teams do not have TLR managing those teams.
  8. I hope it was not TLR saving Bummer’s arm for the playoffs. Sousa needs to be DFA.
  9. Bringing in Sousa again in a close game cost us this game. There should not have been a 10th inning in the first place.
  10. Another big blown lead of 5-0. Sousa once again coming in a close game and failing.
  11. Sousa in again in a close game, doomed the Sox again, combined with Leury poor defense. TLR should be toast but as usual JR will disconnect the toaster and save his ass.
  12. TLR is the best player in the Twins lineup.
  13. He is obsessed with platoon/matchups, and doubles down on his mistakes, which BTW are many. One of the mistakes that led to the Trea IBB was having Sousa in the game in the first place. A guy with 8 ERA against the heart of the Dodgers lineup in a close game late is not a winning move.
  14. Anyone of the mentioned is better than TLR. Unquestionably, TLR is the worst manager in MLB today, and the laughingstock of the baseball world after being exposed in the Dodgers series.
  15. Sousa is the Leury of our pitchers.
  16. Girardi, Maddon gone, now TLR who has done a worse job, should follow out the door and join the trifecta..
  17. Even if Trea hits a homer (very unlikely on a 1-2 count), it was only 2 runs. You walk him and Muncy hits a homer is 3 runs…..
  18. How dare they question a HOF manager? What a jerk!
  19. Sousa should not have been in this close game against the Dodgers middle of the line up in the first place.
  20. And most fans too. We don’t hear much from TLR apologists anymore. It is hard to justify his insane moves nowadays.
  21. The bottom of the 9 th proved that we need to keep games close. The Sousa 4 earned runs turned out to be the difference. TLR never goes all out to keep games close, not using our better resources.
  22. Don’t forget the Sousa four earned runs.
  23. Is Miguel Cairo alive? What does he do?
  24. Batting averages with 2 strikes are substantially lower than in other counts.
