  1. Because the regulars have more skills, experience and track records than the scrubs, so you play the probabilities.
  2. Maybe the regulars would have done better in the second game than against Bieber. Maybe the scrubs should have faced Bieber instead, as our chances to win the first game against Bieber and with DK pitching was low.
  3. TLR is losing this board with his inexplicable and inexcusable decisions.
  4. And they have a much better manager than the Sox.
  5. Agree 100%. TLR does not like to adjust his plans.
  6. I don’t understand the MLB scheduling. They send Tampa Bay to play in Chicago in April, and waste those warm days in Florida.
  7. TLR doesn’t adjust his plans or his ways, even after we lose the first game.
  8. You are right. TLR left all starters in a 10-1 blowout in the 1st game, because he was going to sit them on the 2 nd game.
  9. You are right on, and particularly after losing the first game.
  10. This loss is 100% on TLR and McEwing to a lesser extent. Didn’t use all his weapons during the game and allow it to get to Clase in the 9 th on a one run game. Abreu was ready to hit but he grabbed some bench instead in the 9 th. TLR should have treated this game as a long extra inning game and play our best lineup. Didn’t seeCleveland sitting Jose Ramirez in the second game…
  11. TLR should be given a cognitive ability test.
  12. And the TLR worst lineup of the decade.
  13. Probably not pinch hitting any of our boppers and letting the minor leaguers in the lineup hit late. I hope I am wrong, but I saw that script a few times last year.
  14. Apparently not for TLR. Not going all out to win the second game letting our minor leaguers riding it out in game situations, with our major weapons sitting on their rear ends in the dugout. TLR is back to his worse moves of last season.
  15. Hitting Haseley and Leury 2 nd and 3 rd back to back hurt.
  16. Last year I don’t recall one time that TLR used one of our stars as pinch hitter when they did not start the game. It is also inexplicable.
  17. TLR is back to his inexplicable decisions mode.
  18. Leury hitting 3rd is a joke. TLR should have pulled at least Abreu in the 3rd of the first game to save him for the 2 nd game.would have also played TA to make amends for the errors and because we need him. OK to sit Robert because of his slump, but not sit all three of the stars at the same rime, particularly after losing first game.
  19. Would have been better taking the starters out early and keep them for the second game tonight.
  20. Got rid of Madrigal, a high OBP guy who seldom struck out.
  21. Do we have an active hitting coach?
  22. DK is already at minor league pitching level.
  23. Can Banks be a starter?
