I didn’t mean bullpen pitcher. I meant batting practice pitcher.

Also doesn’t help that Keuchel is getting hit very hard. Not too much soft contact with his junky pitches and bad locations.

DK should be recruited for pitching in the HR Derby. Some lucky hitter will be happy with the results.

Could we have a four man rotation or a bull pen game instead of keeping Keuchel in the rotation?

KC has our number this season. They seem to have the confidence that they can beat us. They don’t have the same confidence against the Indians.

What the hell are the Sox waiting for, to get him out of the rotation? Move him to BP pitcher. That what he is good for at this time.

Regardless, allowing 4 runs after two outs and two strikes on the hitter is unacceptable. It has happened often this season. Keuchel is wild in the strike zone with crappy stuff. That is not going to cut it.

Keuchel is our biggest momentum killer. We will not be able to ever win more than 4 games in a row with him in the rotation. Soft stuff right down the middle is not going to cut it.

And then we can place him on 60 day IR with sore shoulder and arm, and TLR can no longer pencil him in Future games.

Forgive me for what may be a stupid question but why isn’t ReyLo starting this game or why hasn’t Keuchel being removed from the starting rotation??

Right on. We are also allergic to hit and run, putting runners in play. We have become the quintessential station to station team. Not so good with a high ground ball rate.

TLR prefers the switch hitter Leury instead. He is big on match ups.

We sure need good relief in the dreaded 8 th. When many games have gone down the drain.
