Six months ago if you told me Montgomery was going to be a star for the White Sox I would have not seen it playing out this way.

Because you aren't taking a guy in the majors and doing that. If you want to send him to Charlotte, sure. But Baldwin doesn't need his entire swing AND approach changed.

Seems about right. I hope it's not the Reds. None of their position players do it for me. But I'd say yeah a top 50ish guy and a fringe 100 guy, and then 1 or 2 lotto tickets.

His situation isn't nearly as dire as Colson.

Really curious if Benintendi goes on the shelf. They'd have to put Fletcher or Julks or whoever they bring up on the 40 man (I think).

Seems like fodder, but I'll always hope that when the Sox bring in a pitcher they change a thing or two and it starts working.

Because currently he has Quero and Vargas around him and they are hitting. Meidroth in front of him is also on base a ton. He rarely comes up with the bases empty. He is also going to steal on your ass.

When they win, they beat the crap out of the team. It's so weird.

Would like to see more of Vargas at first and Vaughn off this team. Vargas/Rojas can split 3rd and Elko/Vargas can split 1st/DH. Also pick up Leody Taveras from waivers and get rid of Josh P. He can play right and take over center when Robert is traded (although the Sox are about to win 15 in a row and get back in this).

Sox should pick up Leody Taveras and stick him in right for now until you trade Robert. Would much rather see him than whats his face.

While I agree, I think he benefited from playing out of position for two years. People thought he just needed to get to 1b.
