You can do both. They aren't starting 3 rookies on the offensive line, and 3 years in the NFL is a lifetime. You can draft guys this year/next year and develop them. You also need to stagger a bunch of paydays. You can't have Caleb and your entire OL/DL up for contracts at the same time.
