Pale Hose vs. Redbirds 6/14/12
QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Jun 14, 2012 -> 08:37 PM) Didn't he just make a joke a couple weeks ago about us being irrelevant to Chicago? More or less.

Pale Hose vs. Redbirds 6/14/12
QUOTE (Baron @ Jun 14, 2012 -> 08:27 PM) I think his asking price will be a little high. Agreed. It's buy low, sell high. KW somehow switches it around a lot.

QUOTE (Baron @ Jun 14, 2012 -> 08:24 PM) Why not? Just wondering Fluky season thus far. He was getting progressively worse over the last three years and then magically cut his walk rate by like 30%.

Great AB from Konerko.

QUOTE (flavum @ Jun 14, 2012 -> 08:06 PM) Axelrod had a crappy start tonight too. Have Floyd start and Humber finish a la Barcelo and Lowe back in 2000. At least you're moving all of the s*** pitching to one game. Have Stewart pitch the 9th for giggles.

QUOTE (Baron @ Jun 14, 2012 -> 08:03 PM) Doesnt Danks have soreness from his start yesterday? Yup, or at least Stone said that. Hoping it's normal soreness.

QUOTE (Baron @ Jun 14, 2012 -> 08:00 PM) Yeah small problem...just costs runs. Nothing more. Do I honestly have to put s*** in green for you to realize that it's sarcasm? Christ.

QUOTE (Stan Bahnsen @ Jun 14, 2012 -> 07:58 PM) Gavin's fastball is an extreme liability these days. Small problem, that.

QUOTE (Baron @ Jun 14, 2012 -> 07:44 PM) I guess you missed me defending Floyd yesterday. And you called him "pathetic" after two ABs. There should be a separate game thread for you and the band of ignoramuses here calling him a p****.

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jun 14, 2012 -> 07:44 PM) Hawk is calling that pitch a cutter. On second look, the speed indicated a slider/cutter. Why isn't the 4-seam being called? It's the pitcher and Westbrook was unbelievably late on the previous pitch.

QUOTE (Baron @ Jun 14, 2012 -> 07:43 PM) Have you seen his fastball? It's the pitcher. The f***ing pitcher. I know you're blinded by your absolute hatred of Floyd, but Pierzynski wasn't doing him a favor there.

A 3-2 changeup, are you f***ing kidding me? Abysmal by AJ, just abysmal.

Substitute Gamethread: Sox vs Astros
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jun 10, 2012 -> 03:41 PM) Seriously, how on Earth is this something people are repeating without being scoffed at? Because instead of looking.at his age some of us are looking at his performance at AA and above and seeing that his stats mirror his stuff: utter mediocrity.

Substitute Gamethread: Sox vs Astros
Outside of one season in the minors stewart has been terrible as a professional pitcher. He needs to be dfa'd as soon as possible. Just absolutely terrible.

Substitute Gamethread: Sox vs Astros
Humber and floyd are essentially the same pitcher. That being said, one has a track record of being somewhat successful. The other has no business being in a major league starting rotation. Humber should be the long man or dfa'd. Unbelievable.
