  1. actually in cbs rumors>>>>>>>>>. Angels ...............Updated: 7/27/2003 The Los Angeles Times reported the Astros and Braves, both in search of relief help, could consider acquiring the Angels' Scott Schoeneweis. by this i take that the angels may entertain offers for his services.

and what make you thiink that teams would take a chance on him when they might suspect that he will jump at the end of his contract to play elsewhere. you trade him before 2006 to get the most out of him.
  3. What in the hell makes you think that San Diego would give up a potential stud starter for Carlos Lee? Reality check boys. It ain't gonna happen. ok i may be dreaming on this, but the point is we should be open for trades. moving players that can help now and lessen up the posibilities for more in the future. this wasn't as bad as any other suggestions. is a trading going to happen, prob not. so what do you think clee is worth in ref to prospect. a rowan, preavy, a kotch?
  4. i am a minor leaguer freak by your definations and what is the msg board for to talk and exchange ideas. maybe those who can't stand it should leave or at least shut up or better yet, don't read the post. either way i understood the trade, i didn't like the prospect we gave up b/c i still think we gave up too much. i think they could've been used for a bigger or at least another trade. i am for trading anybody who can make the club better. no one is untouchable if the right deal comes along. but i still haven't seen the production from everett to convince me that he is helping right now. i hope to see it in the future and if i hope it will be in the playoff. :finger if you do not like our opinion on the subject.

why trade him to stl? why not to another team and let them deal with the signabiltity .
  6. wait a minute here, you are talking about williamson, 27 a right hander 26 saves, a whip of 1.3+ and 1.5 mil a yr sullivan a right hander who is a long rp 6 wins 0 loses 1 bs a whip of 1.3+ 2.8 mil white, a lefty 3 wins 0 loses 0 bs whip of 1.22 and you are worried about losing a lefty in the deal. these guys are pitching now and with some success on the major league level now. in addition they can help us in the next couple of yrs. where those pitchers you mention may be a couple of yrs away if they develop. I agree about not giving up lefties. Why would we want to take on those salaries if we have to give up good prospects. That's not how it works these days. If we're going to take the salaries, they're not going to get good prospects. you have to remember that other teams may want to do the say thing. so we have to entice them on the other hand, it has just been recently that in trades you give up fringe player or a player you are getting in rtn etc......... until this yr you haven't seen much of that. i wouldn't count that as a hard and fast rule. these are very good players we are talking about.
  7. ohhh i thought you were going to do the msg board, i figure you wouldn't have enuf time doing my post.
  8. you have a lot of time on your hands uh
  9. RAM gets cleared everytime you reset. If you have Windows XP, you can hit alt + ctrl + delete and do task manager to check your memory usage at the moment under the Performance tab (Physical Memory). I have that Extreme Graphics card too, it came with my computer and I haven't gotten around to replacing it with something better. It actually holds up alright with GTA 3. Other stuff like Medal of Honor: Allied Assault and Morrowind worked pretty well, maybe my processor had something to do with it cause it's relatively new, though not obscenely fast. As far as replacing your video card. Physically you just take the old one out of the motherboard and put in the new one, but you have to be careful with video cards and their drivers cause doing it wrong could screw up your computer. very good and i am really impress with your knowledge, if you don't have xp gash, look in to system section in the tool bar. if you have norton system work it will give you that info as well/ in xp you can assign a % of your ram to a special program thus allowing you other ram to run other things as well. if you have a big computer you can do that with a program call VM.
  10. you got it, that is all you can do, except for making a cd and removing them

  16. here is the scouting rpt on juss from ba John Russ, rhp School: Frank Phillips (Texas) JC. Class: So. Hometown: Westlake, La. B-T: R-R. Ht.: 6-3. Wt.: 175. Birthdate: Previously Drafted: Never drafted. College Commitment: Texas A&M U. Scouting Report: Russ emerged as the top Texas juco prospect not already under control to a big league club. His fastball started to catch up to his projectable 6-foot-3, 175-pound frame. After throwing 87-90 mph in the past, he improved to the low 90s with a high of 96 this spring. He throws strikes, shows a good curveball on occasion and averaged 12.5 strikeouts per nine innings. However, he wasn't been able to dominate juco hitters, posting a 4.50 ERA and allowing more hits than innings. Still a project, he could go as high as the third round and can fall back on a Texas A&M scholarship if he doesn't sign.
