Fun article. Frank's always been my favorite player, and if I could, I would have always had the number 35. However, my HS didn't carry numbers that high for baseball, or any league I did. So I got creative and just picked the number 8, because 3+5=8.
Arnie Munoz is pitching for the World Team.
And of course people will mention it eventually, but ex-Sox prospect Jeremey Reed is an OFer for the US Roster.
From what I've been reading on the Indianapolis Star's website. I think it's just AH and SJ involved in the deal. I like Tinsley; I'm glad he's staying.
Haha yeah. Harrington is a stud, and I hate to see him go. However, I can see Jackson fitting into Indiana really fast. This team's going to be solid again; it just needs to tweak a couple of things. This is a start.
Wow, we got two runs in off the walk? I think the Mariners must have felt bad from that game in Seattle where we were up 5-2 and Koch came in to gift wrap the game for the Mariners.
It's a White Sox winner. That's all that counts!
I wonder if playing in front of the home crowd now, and getting all the home love playing for a CONTENDING team will make him reconsider on any of these deals. However, I don't want to hear about it. Let Mags and KW take care of this stuff behind the scenes. I'm pretty sick of hearing it.
Holy hell...I come home to a 4 page game thread....
We've had 4 pages taken care of in game threads BEFORE the game sometimes; good stuff. Glad to see we got the win infront of a sellout crowd. We're just .5 a game back now!
:fyou Carlos, and your 2 HRs. I don't want to see you hit 2 HRs and bat in 5 ever again!
This is seriously getting old hearing people complain about this s***; almost every player in MLB does this anymore. You're going to need some NFL-like rule, if you ever want to see it end.
True, but they're only have 2 head to head games in the standings after the break. We had a ton of games left w/ KC and Minnesota last year. Crazier things have happened, but they'll have a harder time doing it.
However, once that team's all healthy again.....
