Hell yeah!

Boston won every single game against us this season and then proceeds to not help us at all when we need them the most against Cleveland. WTF.

Sorry man. But it’s definitely a buzz kill. I would hate for there not to be baseball next season especially when our Sox are finally good and relevant again. Feels just like we are getting screwed over just like the last rebuild when Covid killed what would have probably been a fantastic full season for us in 2020 and then injuries/bad luck/terrible culture/whatever else just completely derailed the rebuild after 2021. We just can’t catch a break and it sucks.

We’re gonna have to sweep Colorado this weekend for the division and hope Cleveland doesn’t sweep KC. I think they take 2 of 3 from them. We SHOULD be able to sweep Colorado at home. But this is baseball…anything can happen. God Cleveland is so damn annoying.

Idk man, this doesn’t mean diddly for their postseason chances but going into the postseason limping isn’t a great look.

Okay so obviously we want to win the division. I think we have a great shot at sweeping Colorado in Chicago. Cleveland hopefully will lose tonight and at least one against KC. HOWEVER… If we end up settling for the wildcard and we play probably Texas, are the games played in Chicago or Texas? Sox will have the better record but Texas is the division winner so I guess I’m not sure if better record wild card team trumps division winner worse record team or vice versa for home field advantage.
