Remember when it was the Sox that were scoring 6 runs in the 9th to pull a game out of their ass? AHHH the memories of 2000.
That being said I think they'll be fine.
I already have stopped caring about the Slacks. They dont seem the least bit interested in doing anything to improve the team and until they do then I have no desire to watch them.
Alas I do remember the playoffs. How sweet it was to hear the deafening chant in the old stadium of EDDDDIIIIEEEEEEEEEE EDDDDDIIIIIEEEEEEE!!!
Speaking about old Hawks players from that period hows about Manson, Peluso, Steve Smith and Stu Grimson?
All these Paulie haters out there. He has a bad half a season & people want his head on a plate.
You all can mark my words. Konerko is gonna have a big season this year & give all his petty critics a bad case of foot-in-mouth disease.
What a wonderful place to work.

I would do nothing, at least not at first. I'd sit back for a bit and watch how she reacts to it. If she acts at all interested then there's not much time left in the relationship. If she looks at you to get her to bail her out then do so and reap the rewards later.
The reason we lost in the playoffs that season was 2 fold. First was that we lollygagged in the second half of the season after a monster 1st half and second is that JM was totally outclassed as a manager by Lou Pinella. TOTALLY outclassed.
Very simple. We come out flat like we did last season & you can forget it. I dont think KW will have another Alomar/Everett rabbit to pull out of his hat this year to save the season.
I dont think interest rate hikes are forthcoming anytime soon. The Fed usually holds back from raising interest rates in an election year. In 2005 though, it's gonna happen.
