That makes sense to me. I sure hope he can come through.

They were selected as members of the Carolina-California league all star game which will be played in Rancho Cucomunga (Angels affiliate). Game is on June 26th, not sure what time, but I'm gonna make the hour drive to see these guys play. To me these are 4 of the top 10 prospects in the organization and their making it out here

That was really sweet. You just knew he was going to go and throw off the mound and he made a good pitch. He was also in really great shape. Also, no I didn't make any bets with my pops. Don't bet on my favorite team, don't want to jinx them.

All I know is I was pissed not to see him in the lineup on Friday. I think Jimenez is one of the keys to this club winning. HE's not the only one, cause if Frank, Konerko, Crede and Maggs can get rolling, then this offense can be pretty damn good and can really carry this team if the pitching falters.

Ah crap, will have to look at it in the morning. I know I have one, and I swore I checked the right boxes to activate it. Will fix it in the mornin.

Similar to what me and Doub pay, depending on the car. I'd guess somewhere around 2000 bucks, a little more if its a more expensive car, etc. Also depends on how long you've been driving I Think. If this is your first time behind the wheel it may be a bit more. I think I have good drivers discount or something now. Let me also say, no matter what you'll hate paying for the s***. But if someone drills your car or you drill someone else, you'll be glad you have it. Just hope everyone is alright.

Office Space is awesome, Arne's is awesome too, but Office Space has got to win

For those of you that want to see Willie, I won't be shocked when it happens. He was shagging flies out in center on Saturday and was able to throw just fine (Or so it looked) and with his other arm he made some catches with his hand all the way up, which tells me the shoulder is fine. I'd look for him to be activated any day now and my guess would be that Joey B would go down, unless they decided to drop a pitcher.

Fullerton will win it all

The money is all in the form of a signing bonus, and then they get paid a very minimal salary by the team each month or something like that. The only real money that get though is the signing bonus in all honesty.

Pujols is an absolute stud. One of the best young players i've ever seen (In regards to an immediate impact). A few more years of what he's doing and he'll be in the class of someone like Frank who came up and started things out on a huge tear. Here's to hoping Frank is back to those ways.

Well one guy thats going to college is our 50th round pick. He's a catcher named Gaston and has a 4.0 and is going to Notre Dame, I think on a full ride, to play baseball. The kid threw out like 78% of would be base stealers and is really pretty damn good. But there is no way he's turning down an education from Notre Dame and the chance to move up a ton in the draft. Me, if I was in the situation I'd look at it if I could get enough money where I could get by without college I'd go for it, otherwise I want an education and to me thats a safer bet then being a 35th round pick. Basically if they paid me enough to the point that it was worth taking the risk.

Its been mentioned that the Sox pretty much had him signed before they drafted him. They have wanted him for a while.

Damn what a game. Titans spanked ASU on a great pitching performance. Most importantly, the Titans are one well coached team. Just watching how agressive they are on the paths and how good of defense they play makes me sick of the SOx. I did keep hearing updates of the Sox game though and got home to watch the last two innings. Nice win by the Sox too. Come on Fullerton, win it all
-
Yep. I am assuming they are slowly increasing it. Are they planning on making him a starter again? Or was this just a temporary thing.
-
Anderson is supposed to sign any day.
-
Well, I know one thing, in the next top 50, Almonte will be falling.
-
If the Sox are going to let Colon walk, etc. Then there is no point in keeping Esteban and the Sox should do what they can to get young talent in and Esteban can get some young talent in here.

He's going to report to the Great Falls White Sox later this season. King played for Southern Miss where he hit 23 hr's this season. The kid has some serious power.
-
I've never been a huge Josh fan. I think he could do it though, if he improves his control. With his stuff just being average, he has to pinpoint his pitches, imo.

Thanks for hte update. I just knew he was hurt, didn't know how.

Pk didn't look bad his last two at bats. One at bat yesterday as a pinch hitter where he hit and absolute rope. One of the hardest hit I've seen of PK all season. Today I forget what he did, but it wasn't horrible. Those were some great picks though. I think just letting his mind relax is what he really need. PK really gets onto himself and with him going like this for so long, he's probably double thinking everything which can't help him. He's one guy I'd just flat give 3 or 4 games off and being that the Sox are in the NL and Frank is gonna get a lot of first, Konerko will probably get just that. Look for him to start hitting when the Sox head home.

I guess I missed Anderson yesterday, but Cali told me that he was at the game taking bp yesterday. Too bad the two of us missed it. Would of loved to see his stroke. Him and Valido are likely going to be the first two sign.
-
It was a blast. And Cali isn't kidding. He called those shots. I think Crede is back on track. It all started when he was hitting some ropes foul and then ripped a single. 5 hits in two days for Crede. Cali and I brought him great luck. Hurt ripped a bomb and like Cali said WHITE was hillarious.
