Anyone have the top 100 list. Do they update that all the time?

Wow it was only like 2 weeks ago we had the 400th. Damn, once again special thanks to all the posters and readers that make this place special.

The sad thing is, a few years back before the Cubs had resigned Sosa, when they were talking about trading him the Yankees made the Cubs a 4 player offer that included Soriano and Ramiro Mendoza among the players. And I was about the only person saying they should of made that trade. They were offerings Soriano, Rivera, Mendoza and one guy who turned out to be a bust, forget who it was. Jackson Melian, thats it.

Sanchez really impressed me with the Brewers at the top of the order. Right now I'm going back to my appraoch of looking at the future of this team and watching their development. I think I'll be doing that a whole lot more as the team starts to trade away a lot of its players.

Well I have a new approach I'm taking to this whole matter. Going to do quite a bit of research and write up an article on my way of rebuilding this team. Some will like it, plenty won't cause I end up giving up on the season. Giles would be the only one I'd want cause he's signed. I am a big JD Drew fan, but I don't do Garland for him simply because Sox can't take on money without giving it up and it will mean Colon is gone.

I'm just saying if Texas wants to dump his contract. Cubs are one team that could probably pay that kind of money. All I know is I'd find a way to move Sosa. Heck, move Sammy to the Yankees for Alfonso Soriano (No way will it happen, but worth a shot). I bet they coudl do it for Jeter.

You don't know how much I would love to move Thomas and Konerko with Lee moving to first. It would open a couple holes for much stronger fundemental players, the key is for the Sox to find those guys in a trade for Konerko and Thomas which would be extremely difficult.

If those are what he really said then that freaking sickens me. He should say that I was so proud to see those guy produce like that. I'm working hard to get back and help make this team even better so we can finally play some winning baseball in October. The team did a heck of a job now I'll help do my part. If I'm Hendry, I'd trade Sosa to the Rangers for Arod.

Whimpy was doing Tigers games. I also think he did Mariners games for some reason (Maybe this year). Not positive on where he is this season cause I've yet to see him. I heard that Whimpy didn't work hard enough and it upset Hawk, although I would of never known there was a problem hearing the two of them in the booth. I think it would be way cool if the Sox had Whimpy join in on a few games when the Sox were in his home area. That would be a good PR thing to do.

His bad speed is definately down and its why he's popping everything up. His shoulders are all over the place and he can't see the ball. Its sad to watch Frank like this, but I don't give a damn what he did for our team, he shouldn't be playing everyday nor should a lot of guys currently in our lineup. I blame him, but like I say there are plenty of others I blame along with him.

Welcome aboard. I agree with you. This team just is so poor fundementally that so many things can stop their momentum and that is not a sign of a team that can put together a huge winning streak. I am starting to think I was very biased early in the season. The funny thing is the two questionmarks I had were Jimenez at the top of the order and our catching situation. Both of those areas have exceeded my expectations. If someone were to tell me Jimenez had the 3rd highest obp of leadoff hitters and Olivo and Alomar were playing like they were, I'd of said that we were in first place by a long shot. And if you added to the fact that Loaiza was 7-1 all I would say is wow. The only questionmark not answered was centerfield. The bullpen has been fine, minus Rick White, although Sanders and Glover could be better.

Mandy Moore is definately hot. I also think that Charlize Theron or however you spell it is one of the most gorgeous women.

Hillary Duff will be pretty cute in a few more years.

I didn't see it, but I'm sure plenty believe we shouldn't be ripping Frank who probably hit the skydome ceiling three times today on some more popups. Him and Konerko, the two immovable objects should be moved for ANYTHING.

I will do. I love the Sox so much. Rigth now they just need some shaking up. Mix that clubhouse up with a new manager and about two players ousted.

You're kidding right ? No CF in 2003, K-layton, White-flag, yada, yada, yada. All KW did was f*** up our team and our once strong minor leagues. Yeah..... Kenny did the job all right. I don't have the life in my to debate the KW subject anymore. I've already said that I'm happy if both get canned and right now I could really care less. All I know is another month of this play and instead of watching the Sox games, I'll just go to the damn beach and relax. Hell, the Sox are going to be the death of me.

Well then I give up cause this team will not win with Jerry Manuel. Its his problem now, not Kenny's. Kenny did the job, now Manuel needs to go. I coul care less if both of them went. I'm so sick and tired of this crap. The one plus to a white flag trade is I can get back to relaxing and watching games simply to see the development of prospects.

What about Paco Martin..... Remember that collison they had in short right field....... ouch....... f***ing ouch..... I think Lyle broke his cheek bone. But ya know what..... he wasnt that good.... so lets not care. Paco Martin, aka Noberto. Ya, he was great too. I would always yell Paco as loud as I could at Anaheim Stadium. Damn, I wish him, Mouton, Robin Ventura. Those guys were awesome. Then there was One Dog, etc.

All I want to hear is that Manuel is getting fired.

Mouton was great. I wish I could go back to those days. I was much more relaxed in regards to the Sox then. Now I'm getting more bitter every day, lol. And this is coming from me, one of the most optimistic people. I'm pretty resolved to the fact that this team is going to suck until they get a quality manager up here and move some players.

Well I see we are all handling this ass whooping well This game sucks. The Sox are driving me nuts. I stopped swearing a long time ago and now I am swearing almost every minute during a Sox game.
