We looked at one, I forget the maker, for our new house. I decided that I didn't have the money right now - until we close on the house and all that. I hate the water here. It's not as chlorinated as what it is in the midwest but if I can taste the algae taste in my water, I need a filter. At the apartment we have just the pur deal and that does a pretty good job, but I would like to have a real water filter system... Since the water is not as chlorine enriched here, I think we're fine with what we have as far as washing clothes and all that. I remember that the water in Chicago has that "bleachy" edge to it. It's not bad to drink, just tastes different then it does here.

Besides "racial profiling", how do we make things safer, I4E? You should have a better idea then most around here.

Man you have all the cool toys. When I grow up, I wanna be like you guys. I have a water filter I think I am going to install like yours, except we don't have basements in North Texas.

One more additional note from Monday. Heard on the radio down here that Benoit got a call about 2 hours before game time that his grandmother had passed away. So, needless to say, he didn't have his best stuff. Good teams take advantage of things like that, and the Sox did that. I hope that they can get mentally tougher... to grind out wins they need down the road.
