  1. He was caught looking on a breaking ball off the inside corner. It was a ball...
  2. Tommie Harris is a BEAR! And I am done here, thanks! Good pick by the Bears!
  3. Buffalo Bills select Lee Evans, WR, Wisconson. BEARS ARE NOW UP!!!
  4. Danny is off to a rocky start. Leadoff single, Crawford steals second, the throw to second goes into center, and Craw gets to third. Lineout, Crawforrd doesn't score. 1 Out, Runner on Third.
  5. My mistake - the Bills are now up, as the Jets take Johnathan Vilma, MLB from Miami. Bills are picking now 12th, the Bears pick after them.
  6. Ben Roethlisburger, QB, Miami (OHIO) taken 12th by the Steelers. That's an absolute steal right there. Jets pick 13th, then the Bears will be on the board.
  7. Wow, anyone actually reading this thread, besides me? lol. Ben Roethlisburger (sp?) still on the board. I expect the Steelers to take him...
  8. Dunta Robinson, CB, South Carolina, is taken 10th by the Texans. The Steelers are now on the clock. Wilfork and Harris still on the board...
  9. Reggie Williams, WR, Washington, is taken 9th by the Jaguars. Byron Leftwich has a new friend...
  10. Nothing I've heard yet. A trade possibility with Miami still exists, but I think they won't trade it, rather they'll take someone with the pick. Seeing as Roy Williams and Hall have been taken, I think the Bears will take Wilfork if he's there. Then again, I don't know how high people are on Will Smith and Udezi, so Wilfork very well might be taken before us. If that happens, hope that Harris is there. If he's not there, I trade it down and get Lee Evans/DJ Williams/John Vilma, and pick up an extra pick.
  11. DeAngelo Hall, CB, VaTech, is taken 8th (?) by the Falcons.
  12. Roy Williams, WR, Texas, Taken 7th by the Lions. And the Lions, for another year, won't have a running game. But, now they have Roy Williams, Charles Rogers, and Tai "Dropped Ball" Streets.
  13. Cleveland and Detroit Swap Picks, and Detroit picks up a second rounder as well. I agree, LDF. Credit San Diego, for not folding under the pressure, they took Eli Manning, not necessarily in hope that he'd play for their team, but so that they could get more by taking Eli.
  14. Cleveland and Detroit Swap First Round Picks. Kellen Winslow, TE, Miami, is taken 6th by the Browns.
  15. Err, Here is the Official Deal of the Giants and Chargers Trade! CHARGERS GET: Philip Rivers 2004 (This draft) 3rd Round Pick 2005 1st Round Pick 2005 5th Round Pick GIANTS GET: Eli Manning Wow, great deal for the Chargers. Another first round pick, two additional picks, and a solid QB.
  16. Eww, if the Lions take Winslow, then the Lions will have two very good people to throw to in Winslow and Charles Rogers.
  17. I think a trade has just been made: The Giants send Philip Rivers and a Third Round Pick to the Chargers for Eli Manning. More details in a few...
  18. Bellhorn is a switch hitter, he's especially good from one side of the plate (I forgot which one it is, left side or right side). He also has a good eye at the plate and is able to post a .350+ OBP. Plus, he can play three or more positions including Third, Short, and Second.
  19. I just hope the Bears don't take Will Smith. If they take Will Smith, last years pick of Michael Haynes turns into such a pointless pick...
  20. Philip Rivers, QB, NC State, Taken with the 4th Pick to the Giants. A trade between the Giants and the Chargers might be coming, stay tuned.
  21. Well, I think it depends on who's there - There's a couple players that, if they happen to fall to the 14th spot, I definitely take them, like Roy Williams and DeAngelo Hall. However, they likely won't be there at 14. So, I see a huge need at DT - right now we have Alfonso Boone and Bryan Robinson penciled in as our starting DT, which isn't good. So, as much as I'd love to take a player like WR Lee Evans from Wisconson, or Johnathan Vilma, LB from Miami, I think that we need to select a defensive tackle. Vince Wilfork is my choice for the Bears at 14. He's big and deceptively quick, he'll free up our DEs, and he'll provide pressure himself.
