can uribe fill the 1b slot? i'm asking because i like dk's idea of pk for pitching and gload at 1b. but i also understand qwerty's worries (and have the same worries) about gload at 1b fulltime. maybe uribe is the missing piece to this puzzle. he can fill in for gload if he sucks. plus you solve the whole do we play willie, jose, or uribe argument...

actually, i just noticed what it does. it has two shades and switches off every other post. for example: first reply--darker shade second reply--lighter shade third reply--darker shade fourth reply--lighter shade etc...

btw--Shuf these are all 100x100 pixels so enter that in to wxh fields before you upload...

actually these are mostly thumbnails of picks of her that i've seen from site to site. just right click on the thumbnail and save as. they're usually the perfect size for avatars on message boards.

when you upload it there are two boxes on the bottom saying width and height. re-upload the pic but before you hit update avatar button type 100 for width and 81 for height then press update avatar.
