QUOTE (maggsmaggs @ Jul 3, 2010 -> 03:30 PM) The fact that LeBron didn't make a statement to the fans like people said he was earlier today has to bode well for the Bulls (and the other teams I suppose minus Cleveland). He was going to make a statement? I hadnt heard that

@PDcavsinsider - LeBron just left. Let the suspense begin.

QUOTE (EvilJester99 @ Jul 3, 2010 -> 03:22 PM) I think on TV they said it was near 2hrs and 50 mins... maybe I heard em wrong. The Heat were 2:50

QUOTE (kev211 @ Jul 3, 2010 -> 03:16 PM) Only the Score is reporting that. The people at the scene have all said they have not left yet. I'll believe the people there. @PDcavsinsider - Bulls just left, they were here just under 3 hours.

QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 04:46 PM) Wojo from Yahoo is reporting that Wade is really intrigued by Chicago and possible partnership with Lebron in Chicago. !!!!!!!!

WOW!! @IraHeatBeat - Potentially staggering news, Dwyane Wade is poised to meet again tonight with the Bulls, likely in the presence of his agent.

QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 04:06 PM) I hate Boozer's game, so hopefully he's not the big acquisition. B&B are speculating the Bulls want to have a PF committed before they present to LeBron.

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 04:01 PM) Who the hell is LebrontoChicago SendLeBronToChicago.com

QUOTE (beckham15 @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 02:48 PM) are we the last to talk to chris bosh as well? i... think.... so.
-
QUOTE (beckham15 @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 02:39 PM) what is everyone's take on this.....saving the best for last? i hope he hasnt made his mind up and just has the meeting with cleveland to tell them it's been fun but i gotta move on and then tell the bulls thanks for playing but your too late..... Boers and Bernsie had an interesting comment: Reinsdorf is an excellent closer. He gets what he wants. So, if they go last, that's a very good thing.

QUOTE (thxfrthmmrs @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 02:34 PM) word is that Pippen hated the Bulls too for dismantling the team and trading him to Houston, but sources say he actually have a pretty healthy relationship with the team and is helping out this summer. Krause was such a big issue. Jordan and Phil were both gone. The Bulls needed to do what they had to do. It didnt work like they wanted, but it had to be done. They risked being just average for a very long time. It backfired and they were dreadful for a very long time, but I get why they did it.

@PDcavsinsider - Cavs will meet with LeBron tomorrow at 11 a.m. Chris Grant said. I guess that means Bulls are going last. Interesting.....
-
QUOTE (G&T @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 02:24 PM) And if Jordan actually had something good to say about the bulls. Jordan hates the Bulls. end of story.

Well, the Clippers are out- @PDcavsinsider - Clippers left after less than an hour meeting. LeBron left shortly thereafter, day is done.

QUOTE (beckham15 @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 01:42 PM) did they happen to mention how that might affect our positioning for lebron? no, but I think it could only help.

QUOTE (scenario @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 01:39 PM) Just read a couple of Forbes articles about Mikhail Prokhorov. Very interesting. This guy has the potential to be a dominant force (as owners go) in the NBA. He has a net worth of over $13B, including $5B in cash... plus the type of ambition that would make Mark Cuban look like a slacker. Article 1 About his acquiring the Nets Article 2 A general financial article including his background, etc. THe problem is that you can have all the money in the world, but if there is a cap, you are very limited in what you can do. Mark Cuban is loaded, but he cant just go and make a super team. Now if he owned the Yankees, then that's a different story.

Bernsie just said apparently there is some mumblings about the Raptors being willing to take Deng (plus probably picks and other players) for Bosh and Hedo Turkoglu.
