So, Stoudemire to NY means Bosh, Boozer, or Lee will be a Bull? I'm quickly warming up to a team of Rose/??/James/Boozer/Noah (or Rose/James/Deng/Boozer/Noah)

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 12:53 PM) BTW I am now following your goofy ass on twitter. Trust me, I have nothing interesting to say. lol

QUOTE (Athomeboy_2000 @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 12:24 PM) @WojYahooNBA - Knicks and Amar'e Stoudemire are making progress on 5 year, max contract, sources say. Framework of deal in place, talks continuing today. @WojYahooNBA - Knicks and Stoudemire working on 5-year deal worth nearly $100 million, sources say. Another team chasing Amar'e believes he's off board. @KCJHoop - If Amare deal with Knix happens, can't see LBJ going there. No chance LBJ, Stoudemire and that roster wins title.

QUOTE (knightni @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 12:38 PM) I wondered why Twitter keeps crashing today. NBA Free Agency + World Cup

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 10:53 AM) I'm sure the result helped twitter go down. YOu beat me to it. Yea, it crashed Twitter. -
QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 11:33 AM) Sticking with the Cavs could be just as much about money as well, cause they can offer him the highest & longest contract. I think the extra money the Cavs can give him is over rated. In the grand vision of things, $30 million is a VERY small portion of a possible $1 billion.

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 11:33 AM) Yeah, but the endorsement deals from smaller companies would be more lucrative in bigger cities. And the Nets owner offers him global connections. A person like LeBron has people come to him. He doesnt need to have connections. Especially if he as a couple championship rings.

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 11:31 AM) What if it's Anna Kournikova? Nope

QUOTE (scenario @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 11:16 AM) The more I read about the Nets new owner, the more I believe Lebron could end up there. A 45-year old jet-setting self-made billionaire... with a personal net worth that might be greater than most (or all) of the other NBA owners combined? I could picture his sales pitch on how to take Lebron global and help him join the billionaire boys club might be too tempting to say no. I have a policy: Never trust a Russian.

QUOTE (iamshack @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 11:14 AM) Bucher is reporting that Bosh is the one filming the documentary of the process. Says Reinsdorf is somewhat put off by this. Yea, that seems like a Bosh thing more than a Wade thing. Bosh really comes off as being very self-centered to me/ QUOTE (iamshack @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 11:14 AM) He also says the Bulls want to know an answer from LeBron tomorrow because they want to move quickly. LeBron will make his decision on Sunday (that's my guess). Reportedly he wants to have a choice by Monday.
-
@WojYahooNBA - Says official in LeBron chase: "If D-Wade wants to make this big play happen in Miami, he needs to stop taking meetings and commit to Heat."
-
Someone please smack me in the face and help me regain my senses. My logical brain says there's no way LeBron goes to the Nets (crap team, but powerful owner) or Miami (it would never be "his team") and that the only real teams he is interested in at the Cavs and Bulls. But, my irrational brain says he goes to the Nets for the money or Miami to win like 10 rings.
-
@NYPost_Berman - Looks like Wade's people are filming a documentary on his free-agency. He stepped out of black van with camera crew.

QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 10:31 AM) haha, yeah, not surprised to hear that, both the pitches are kind of a joke, but especially the 2nd one. LeBron has to decided which is more important: Win Now, or More Money and Win Later. Win Now = Chicago More Money and Win Later = Clippers
-
@WojYahooNBA - Suns owner Robert Sarver and Happy Walters had a late talk Thursday and Amar'e agent rejected Suns latest -- and likely final --- proposal.
-
@PDcavsinsider- Here's what I hear from yesterday: LeBron interested in Nets pitch but not so much NY. NY trying at moment to secure Amare' to help cause

My sister could throw ambidextrously. She is a natural lefty, but I am a righty. So, she grew up using my right handers glove and had to learn to throw with her right hand. I dont know if she can still do it, but she was pretty accurate with both arms.

QUOTE (chw42 @ Jul 1, 2010 -> 08:25 PM) Are the Knicks the fail or what? Are they serious with the second option? lmao This is the organization that traded for Curry and Crawford.

Man, it is going to suck to be a NYN fan next year. No LeBron, No Bosh, and now no Joe Johnson. @WojYahooNBA - Joe Johnson is thinking through several scenarios before taking Hawks offer of $119 million, but sources insist Knicks unappealing to him.
