I remember ten years ago when everything on in the summer was re-runs. Now, some of TVs best shows run.

Here is a list of season premieres.

I'm looking forward to "Rescue Me", "Mad Men", "True Blood", "Weeds", and "Entourage". Not as excited about Entourage as I used to be.

I can't believe I ever really liked Entourage...such a douchey show haha

I'm looking forward to

Rescue Me (hopefully it'll be as strong as last season, though that finale was a whole lotta suck)

Mad Men

Man v. Food

Louie

Rubicon

Also, anybody know if DirecTV will ever add AMC in freakin' HD?

With you on Entourage. Last season was so bad, yet I will still watch.

UVerse hasn't added AMC HD either. Would like them to have it before July 25th but not holding breath. If DirectTV doesn't offer it, something is up.

The little debut of "Good Cops" a few weeks ago was hilarious. I'm excited for the season to get going on Monday, and highly recommend it based on that preview episode.

I watched the whole thing. It was flat out hilariously bad. I think my wife may divorce me if I try to put the 2nd episode on.

You have to be in the right mood. It's clearly a spoof, and that's what makes it brilliant.

Also, way to be whipped.

b****.

Agreed. Couldn't even get through it all and turned it off 10 minutes before it ended. Just painfully bad.

That show was unbelievable.

Parts were great, parts were awful. WTF is Michael Douglas of all people telling me how revolutionaries worked hard and how that's the American spirit? They really dropped the ball not keeping those "interviews" within the academic world, with you know, people who know wtf they are talking about.

Excited this summer for:

cont'd excellence from Breaking Bad (best show on TV right now IMO)

Its Always Sunny

Mad Men

Rubicon (looks very cool and AMC has become the 2nd coming of the HBO drama)

Louie

DVR'ing:

True Blood (totally lame I know, but whatever, lots of T&A)

Last Comic Standing (w/ the dude from the Office, should be good)

Wipeout (good time waster)

My Boys (again, totally lame, but set in Chicago)
