The FOx guys are soooooo bad today. In just the last inning I have heard them say 2 things that are completely wrong. 1) U.S. Cellular is not a hitters park (Lyons added, "not by far") 2) The Sox bullpen is over worked. Here is an idea guys, before you go on air and make things osund like fact, do som RESEARCH!

In my area (Schaumburg), FSN+ airs on channel 15 on WideOpenWest Cable. Fox Sports Net must appernelty buy airtime froom them to air the games. Well, they most have only bought until 10:30PM. So, once 10:30 hit, they went to their regually schedualed programing. Anybody watching that game lost it in the bottom of the 9th.

I would have HATED to be a Cubs fan last night watching the Cubs on WideOpenWest's FSN+. In the bottom of the 9th, the channel they were on cut away from FSN+ and went to their regular programming..... Jewish Jews. Oh how funny that was.

Yea. I saw that too. I nearly peed in my pants laughing. I can understand that if everyone was healty they would be #2. I can totally see that. But riight now, they may not be #2 in their own DIVISION! Let alone all of baseball.

I find it interesting that Couch thinks that Reinsdorf is courting the Score for Sox games. man, that would be a real slap in the face to ESPN 1000.

That would be grea.t Actually, what I would like to see is cameras put into both ESPN Radio 1000 and the Score and broadcast those radio shows live on Comcast. THat would be find of cool. Just like what they do with Imas.

Dude, when I first saw that, I was thinking almost the same thing. THere wont be any balls in the field area. THe batting and throwing areas look to be behind the diamond

COrrect me if I am wrong, but i think that is player parking out there. But, I doubt the FUNdamentals thing would extend into the parking lot. It would just extend to the current edge of the park.

Ah ok. I follow you. I was just making it clear to people that it wouldnt be just from the back row of seat to the hatshop. To me, by looking at the pic, it will extend beyond the hatshop. THat way it gives them more room. I just wanted to make sure that people understood they were going to try and cram this thing in the width of the concorse. By moving it up in the air, they have more room to play with.

1) No. 2) Probably not judging by the picture. 3) Not likely. If you look at the pick, the FUNdamentals area seems to go BEYOND where the old signes used to be. SO, that makes me think that they are going to build part of it outside the stadium so they arent trying to wedge it over a medium sized concorse. 4) AS I just said, it looks like the signs in that area will be removed. Which makes me think, what about the scoreboard thingy they they over there? Will it have to be moved?

I have no logical reason behind my user name. I came up with it about 4 years ago. If my memory serves me right, a couple of kids in my Computer Aided Drafting class wanted to start up a Yahoo Fantisy Baseball league between the 4 of us. I needed a Yahoo screen name, so some how "ATHOMEBOY" popped in my head and I just added the Year after it. I think it fits. If you listen to ESPN or the Score people will call in like "Maddux Boy". So, ATHOMEBOY seems like a nice call in moniker. Unfortunetly, I havent had a chance to use it yet.
