The thing that makes each ball park differant is the on thing that stands out from all the others. US Cellular hasnt really had anything. This will give the park soemthing. While other ballparks have similar things, they will not be like this. Espeically since this one overhangs the concorse. VERY unique. -
Mike North's ungodly contract not withstanding, the Score has alwas been a very cheap station. (I referance the fact that to go to spring training, Boers and Bersie had to pay for it on their OWN cradit cards AND tooks flights that stoped like 2 times because it was the cheapest). DOnt be suprised if the score takes one of their lower payed guys and sticks him in there to replace Bersie.

Boers and Bernsie were the best show on the Score. By far. I have met Bersie several times and he is a lot of fun. If the Score lets him walk, they may have lost a long time listener. Boers and Bersie were the only reason I listened to that station. Yet sadly, I ave to intern with North over the summe.r ick. oh well. As for the idea of him going to ESPN Radio 1000, i dont see that happening to be honest. As an afiliate of ESPN Radio, they are obligated to carry a lot of programming. And now with Marioti doing 9-11, that cuts back even more of the stuff they carry from ESPN Radio. While I think a combination of Bersie and Harry Tinowitz (sp?) would be really funny as a morning drive show, it wont happen. The Score let go a very talented individual. They will pay for that. He is 10x better than that blow hole North will ever be.

3 long balls? WOW!

Damn it Garland. Here's an idea, throw strikes

The problem with a 4 man rotation is you have to train your pitches from a young age to be able to pitch every 4th day. It's an organizational philospohy. Guys will blow out their arms if you just throw them into it. It would take at least 3 years to get a legi 4 man rotation.

Which one did you order from? I assume it was one in the CHicago area.

If I am not mistaken, arent they really starting to make some progress in research for this? Noo doubt that Michael J Fox has helped out the situation. -
Here is another interesting story. I was out on a delivery before all hell broke loose. THey gave me the wrong address, so I pulled over and waited for the resteraunt to call me back with the right one. WHile I was waiting, I looked up and i SWORE the clouds were going from east to west. I just brushed it off as being disoriented. After all, around here clouds almost never do that. WHen I got back to Rosati's, I looked up and the clouds were going from west to eat. So I just thought, "oh well. I was just confused earlier." Then one of the other drivers walks out and says "you should have seen it. A moment ago the clouds were going east to west, now they are going west to east. THis looks like something out of twister" THat is when I knew we were in for it. It was going to be a long night.

She was just on THis Week in Baseball. WOWZERS! -
THanks. Well, if I remember right, the last 2 give me about 2-3 dollars for a tip. One of them really thanked me for great service under the conditions. BUt let me tell you, I was really scared. It was flat out NASTY! on my way to my last delivery, I litterly sprinted to the front door, went up to the appartment, and flew like a bat out of hell to my grandparents house. I did NOT want to be outdoors. Once the sirens went off, my fiancee was at my house and she went into the basement and playe don my laptop for 2 hours. lol

I just looked her picture up online. I....I.....I......I..... I cant think. I am totally speachless. HOLY COW! She is SMOKIN'! -
I had to deliver pizzas tonight out here in the NW burbs. I left the resteraunt around 8:10 to take a delivery. Right when I got to my first of 3 deliveries I sirens went off. My dad told me to stay were I was (I was delivering to a hotel). I thought about it and almost did, but I wanted to get the last 2 delivered. Lucky, my last delivery was just down the streat from my grandparents house. So, I very quickly delivered the last two and then went to their house for a half hour or so. Then i went back and clocked out so I could go home to my family. It was scary. Those clouds scared the poop out of me.

Has anyone been following Borchard down at AAA? I just looked at his states and his average has risen about 30 points since I last looked at it. He is now batting .267 with 9 doubles and 5 homers. And more importantly, only 26 SO in 35 games. So, is Joe Boarchard on the rebound? Or is this just a blip?
