he is a Sox fan. He is also an instigator. So don't combine the two. Just because he says bad things about the Sox doesn't mean he isn't a fan. Remember he gets paid to be a personality.

When Koch was at his best it wasn't because he could throw 100 MPH. He changed up his fastball. He had the power fastball and a sort of four seam fastball that he threw, which tailed into right handers. The foursome was probably in the low 90's. However, I think the reason why he has been so ineffective has not been because the loss of speed, but rather the fact that he throws a 93-95 MPH fastball with abosolutly no movement.

Keep going man. Prove that its not you giving them bad luck. From 1999-2002 the Sox record in games I went to was 11-42. Thats pretty bad. last year my luck started to change. I thought I was in trouble starting at 1-7, of course watching them win the opener, then lose 7 straight. I finished last year at 7-8. Thats not too bad considering the previous three years. Thats why I am so exited about this year being 9-3.

I went to Saturday's game, over 34,000. Sunday's over 32,000. The park is amazing when the stadium is packed. Sox record in games I've been to this year 9-3. They have also scored 10 or more runs in the last 5 games I've been too....

Last night at the game I talked to Roberto. Mentioned that if he is looking to close again there is a place for him back on the Sox. Mentioned he should talk to his agent. I know I know, he isn't the greatest, but he can still through close to 100 MPH and we could probably get him for an average minor league pitcher so why not? I'd be nice to trade him straight up for Koch, but Philly isn't that stupid.

I cannot believe this was a Jay Mariotti article. It's a shame, because few teams match the Sox as an offensive force. The emerging stud is Carlos Lee, who extended his hitting streak to 23 games with an early homer, oddly his first in six weeks. Another week of this, and Lee turns into a national media watch. WOW!!!!

Cub fans are kind of contradicting themselves. At least the ones in the thread you attached. They are saying how they don't care about Sox, their fans, etc, then are going off on the commercial. Makes you go hmmmm......
