(Un)fortunately, Gload has no purpose now. If Konerko gets pulled late in the game for a pinch runner. Mack can be the back up 1B. Plus, he bats left handed (if that means anything). Both things that Gload does right now. Gload is the odd man out.

Me thinks another trade of Gload/Borch (with his good spring) is coming. Just a thought. I like the trade. We have a very, very solid bench now.

We were shocked watching it last night. Seeing poor Edgar go like that. But it was also nice seeing Elisha back.

I doubt Sweeney will make the team. Much like Owens, they don't want him sitting on the bench. They'd rather he get at bats and continue to develop in the minors. JMO.
