Is Konerko still playing, or more or less, is he an active player? I'd venture to say yes, considering he has played this year and has not retired yet. Moreso, he is still with the Sox. He is an active CubKilla. Yea by active I mean hes still playing for the Sox. And maybe I should have stayed negative.

6-28-02 After getting plunked by Kerry Wood, Paulie homered twice and helped the Sox rally from being down 8-0 to beat the scrubbies 13-9. He went 4-4 with 4 ribbies and 4 runs in that game.

I would rather have Ponson than Weaver. But I dont see either of those trades happening because other teams are also interested and have so much more to offer. I love the idea of Dan Wright closing out games, he could pull an Eric Gagne. But of course JM wont want that. :fyou

Raffy is not we need. We dont need another old guy hitting for power everytime up. We need a pesty guy that can get on-base and spark the team.

When the hell is this team gonna get runners in when they're in scoring position! Two very easy opportunities to get runs in, we botched both of them. 1st and 3rd, 2 outs, DLo and Crede both K'd swinging, how f***ing hard can it be to get a sac fly and get the run in??! We couldnt cash in on those easy opportunities and it could have proved fatal. Thank God that Frank got that jam-shot in for an RBI-single. And if Koch blew that one, there must be something seriously wrong with him. That has to be one of the easiest save opportunities ever. Bases empty, 2 outs. I'm glad that we won and everything, but our starting pitching cant pitch a gem like this every night and we have lost too many freaking games that we should have easily won.
