  3. People are suddenly getting confidence in marte again... why?
  4. So who are you all wanting to start the 8th? I am saying cotts ( will not happen).
  5. QUOTE(DonkeyKongerko @ Oct 5, 2005 -> 07:59 PM) But can Ozzie live with a LH RP facing a RH batter? Never.
  6. QUOTE(Punch and Judy Garland @ Oct 5, 2005 -> 07:56 PM) Cotts isn't a bad choice if you can live with him facing Manny Righties hit .155 off him during the regular season. I can live with it... jphat on the other hand?
  7. QUOTE(Punch and Judy Garland @ Oct 5, 2005 -> 07:50 PM) Buehrle should face Graffs and Damon for sure. Then maybe Cotts to Ortiz if we are in trouble although Mark has him off-balance tonight. I don't want ortiz to face anyone four times in a game.
  8. QUOTE(CYGarland @ Oct 5, 2005 -> 07:49 PM) Buehrle should be done now. Mix and match time If you start doing that be ready for marte this game ( even though it should be cotts).
  9. QUOTE(fathom @ Oct 5, 2005 -> 07:41 PM) Huh? I guarantee that's wrong. I remember about 8 to LF. He has three at home and two on the road to left field.
  10. QUOTE(POPPY_HIDALGO @ Oct 5, 2005 -> 07:42 PM) Red Sox in 4. Same old eh?

  14. QUOTE(Jordan4life_2005 @ Oct 5, 2005 -> 02:17 AM) Boston came back from 0-3 against the Yankees. You can kinda understand why they would be cocky. Lets just take care of business in game 2. Weren't they down 0-2 in the alds in 2003 againt the a's and came back too?
  15. QUOTE(Wedge @ Oct 4, 2005 -> 11:40 PM) Good points on their starting pitching. We've done pretty well against Wakefield in the past and Schilling has looked pretty shakey down the stretch. Overall, these are good match-ups for us. Wakefield is 5-10 with an era over 8 against the white sox in his career.
  16. QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Oct 4, 2005 -> 11:30 PM) and how does that change the fact that I liked Crawford? Also to blame a winning % on just 1 player when its thats big doesnt really make sense. Guess it is just a coincidence. :rolly
  17. QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Oct 4, 2005 -> 11:13 PM) I kind of liked him when he was a bull. I mean i accepted the fact he was gone after the trade and I didnt b**** about it all season like some people but I still liked him as a bull. He always had a connection with EC on the court they worked very well together I thought. Now unlike Crawford im really really going to miss Curry. I know it had to happen I guess but man im kind of pissed that we lost him.
  18. QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Oct 4, 2005 -> 09:54 PM) He's going to be in for a shocker when he meets Skiles. If Skiles can't get his ass in gear, no one can. This has the potential to turn into a pretty high profile move (Tim Thomas has always had the tools) or it could turn into a disaster to where the Bulls will just unload him to any taker out there (luckily he's only here for a year at the most if he does stink). You know Skiles is the type of guy that will knock a player and really point out his flaws (to the player) in order to help the guy get better. Its why he's such a damn good coach. All the reasons why he is a good coach are the same reasons people hate him. Alot of people rather players get babied so that there are not any problems. There are also people that think that he is not the coach that can take this team all the way ( why is this?!?). Btw, i would like someone to give some good reasons why they think that.
  19. QUOTE(nitetrain8601 @ Oct 4, 2005 -> 09:47 PM) Told ya'll he's a cancer. His mother and sister dead within the last year or two and everyone seems to think he is still affected by it... but he has been like this forever.
