  1. You cannot give boston extra f***ing outs. That is the fourth extra out we gave them.
  2. Thank f***ing cheesus lice for that double play.
  3. That has to be caught rowand. I would not be surprised if the inning ends up tied. Why do we always have to f***ing give a run back after we score? f***ing damnit.
  4. Podsednik singled up the middle and then went on to steal second.
  5. QUOTE(3E8 @ Jul 21, 2005 -> 05:42 PM) Blessing in disguise, no? You are disgusting... :puke
  6. QUOTE(nitetrain8601 @ Jul 21, 2005 -> 11:25 AM) I like him, but again, as you said there is no where to put him. He doesn't like playing SS(he refused to in Texas and that's why Michael Young was moved to SS) and Tadahito can't anymore from what I hear. He may have refused to play short ( good thinking on his part because we would be atrocious) but i know for a fact that he would not play the outfield which scared alot of teams away from him. He is not the type of guy i would ever want on the white sox.
  7. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jul 21, 2005 -> 11:10 AM) Interesting. Like I said Clement seems like a guy that would own Aaron, if Row is going to get a day off soon, today seems like the day to do it, imo. Agreed, any right hander that has a good arm is not a good match up for rowand ( main reason he should not bat third against righties)... he is too overmatched at this point.
  8. QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Jul 21, 2005 -> 11:08 AM) Uhh as much as I love the Sox and all, going to Sunday's game is gonna blow ass. I get to see slow-ass no-confidence himself, the great Jose Contreras. Uhhh. At least I get to see Bronson Arroyo! Anyways, aside from my sulking, I think the WHITE Sox are gonna have an awesome series. We gotta get ahead of these guys early and often. RIP EM buehrle!
  9. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jul 21, 2005 -> 11:05 AM) That'll work, hopefully it continues. I hate seeing Scotty in centerfield but this might be a day to give Aaron the day off. qwerty what has aaron hit off Clement?? With that slider I'd think he'd own Aaron but who knows. I guess rowand does not have an at-bat against him... which seems odd. Podsednik pwns him clement.
  10. Since 2002 he has a 5.06 era in 27.2 innings against us. The current players on our team have hit him at a .342 clip with an ops of .913
  11. Ick. You can have him... :puke
  12. Rowand cannot bat third... against righties. Lefties fine... just not righties.
  13. QUOTE(ScottPodRulez22 @ Jul 20, 2005 -> 11:54 PM) The nationals are done if this happens Um, he is not retiring this season if he does at all.
  14. He has been kicking this around for a couple years now... i can see him retiring and staying retired... but i doubt it.
  15. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jul 20, 2005 -> 11:37 PM) As in the offseason before the 04 season, if I meant the offseason before 05, I would have said this past offseason. They mean the same thing... so i did not know.
  16. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jul 20, 2005 -> 11:35 PM) So I was right. 3 year deal from last offseason. No. Two off-seasons ago.
  17. This is the same guy who has had a below par year the year before free agency? Yes, he will lead us to scoring eight runs a night every night.
  18. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jul 20, 2005 -> 10:25 PM) I'm 100 percent with you on this one dbaho. I'd absolutely have to have Batista in the pen. You can never have to many arms. Also if I'm not mistaken he signed a 3 or 4 year deal last offseason so he'd be around for atleast next year as well. Close. He is signed through next year at 4.75 million.
  19. QUOTE(103 mph screwball @ Jul 20, 2005 -> 05:53 PM) Can we give Jenks a fresh start? Sometimes people settle down when they have a family. I was being sarcastic.
  20. QUOTE(beck72 @ Jul 20, 2005 -> 05:48 PM) I'd like Vizquel. But with no talk on that front, why not Furcal? We already have one drunk on the team ( jenks).
  21. QUOTE(KevHead0881 @ Jul 20, 2005 -> 05:18 PM) Boy, I hope we keep this guy around. The indians guy was much funnier.
  22. QUOTE(Greg Hibbard @ Jul 20, 2005 -> 05:14 PM) I don't buy revisionism. It sucks. Every situation would've been different, including the way the pitches were called and how the defense was set for each batter. So he would have not walked those two batters in a row in even more of a pressure situation? He was throwing pitches a foot off the plate... if those would have suddenly been called a strike because the game was within one run i would need a new t.v.
