QUOTE(hammerhead johnson @ Apr 26, 2005 -> 04:31 PM) Trust me, teams have it out for Ron Artest as well, just like they used to have it out for Dennis Rodman. How about the entire freaking Knicks squad from the early-to-mid nineties outside of Ewing and their various PGs? Just about all of the Pistons from 87-91, namely the aforementioned Rodman, Mahorn, Thomas, and Laimbeer. What about Alonzo Mourning, Bruce Bowen, etc? I could probably sit here and go on forever. I see no race issue, but maybe that's just me. I am shocked at Jamison's comments. He has a great reputation in this league. Words that should come to mind are charismatic and altruistic, not douche and bag. He has been more douce baggy this year than in years past. Word is he does not like being the third option and that has caused some problems in the locker room. I never had anything against him until what he has recently said. -

QUOTE(IlliniStro @ Apr 26, 2005 -> 02:14 PM) If you go to Walgreens.com, I think you can upload photos to their site and go pick them up at a store of your choosing. This would be a decent option if you don't have a floppy/jump drive. Welcome to soxtalk.

Chandler only played 16 minutes last game a big reason why nocioni stepped up and had the game he did with the boards. I wouldn't expect for him to do anything close to that again next game but on the defensive end i think he will still shut down jamison. If chandler gets to play 30+ minutes without any ticky tack bulls*** getting called on him the bulls win. I am looking for someone else to step up offensively next game, maybe othella? -
QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Apr 26, 2005 -> 02:10 PM) If Garcia would have hit the free agent market he would have gotten at least around the money that Pedro got, with maybe an extra year. 13 million a year for garcia?

Talk about some punk ass f***ers.

QUOTE(YASNY @ Apr 26, 2005 -> 09:56 AM) If he keeps being that effective behind the plate, I don't care if he is an automatic out, as he was characterized somewhere on this board. An automatic out that has better career numbers than davis.

QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Apr 26, 2005 -> 03:38 AM) You said you were done posting about the Bulls in this thread I thought? piatkowski was a few steps ahead of everybody on a fast break. :headshake I only recall Kirk missing one, and it was him slashing into the lane while being contested. BIG difference. You asked a question so i responded, and he did miss two. Ask anyone that was in the chat during the game we were pissed.

QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Apr 26, 2005 -> 03:30 AM) Hinrich was vital in the win. piatkowski played like s***. Are you seriously trying to defend the game he had? :headshake I just said hinrich missed two in the same game i thought? Don't believe i was defending pike.

QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Apr 26, 2005 -> 03:02 AM) I was talking about his projected lineup. Yasny's post has him sixth and that is who jabroni quoted. I was just pointing out it would be two spots rather than one. -

QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Apr 26, 2005 -> 02:58 AM) I have a feeling batting one spot higher won't kill him. He has only hit 8th and 9th this season. -
QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Apr 26, 2005 -> 02:48 AM) He should try harder on layups... :headshake Hinrich missed two in the same game. End of the bulls from me in this thread.

I see a trend with these bbtn threads. Well bbtn had a segment on both the orioles and the white sox. they mentioned how the orioles do it with the bat and how we do it with our pitching. Then later on there was a segment about the pitching match ups of the week. They mentioned smoltz/pedro, buehrle/harden, and maddux/clemens. I think they slurped us enough for one day.
