  1. QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Apr 13, 2013 -> 10:35 PM) How good did Sale hit Swisher? I missed it. Hopefully it looked intentional. Wasn't good. But then he hit another guy with a fastball behind. That was intentional.
  2. Please don't blow this please don't blow this please don't blow this
  3. Feel like the wheels come off here. Prove me wrong
  4. We have a ridiculous amount of very high off the wall doubles this year.
  5. QUOTE (zenryan @ Apr 12, 2013 -> 11:50 PM) Its pretty easy when you look at the events that took place. When you instigate a confrontation and run away when challenged, you just became the others b****. Uh, no. The only b**** move is sucker punching someone. There is never an excuse for that.
  6. QUOTE (zenryan @ Apr 12, 2013 -> 10:11 PM) And what did he do? He got punched and walked away and stood on the outside as his teammates fought it out. Even Podsednik showed more balls that AJ. fight link Okay. I'm not sure how that makes him "Barret's b****".
  7. QUOTE (zenryan @ Apr 12, 2013 -> 09:58 PM) You mean the same AJ who only ran his mouth and egged on the crowd after Barrett made him his b****? AJ has always been a trash talking puss who was afraid to fight his own battles. AJ got sucker punched. What?
  8. QUOTE (Y2HH @ Apr 12, 2013 -> 03:43 PM) Bitcoin is an unstable virtual currency ripe for hack. It's backed by nothing, not even a governments word. It'll be a short term fad, such as is being displayed in it's value fluctuation. Currencies should never rapidly fluctuate in value to such a degree, it shows instability, and when it comes to currency, the last thing you want is instability. A loaf of bread costs 2$ today, you expect it to cost 2$ tomorrow, and 2$ in a few months, etc. You don't expect it to cost 2$ one day and 240$ the next. Bitcoins are a currency being traded as a commodity. And the reason they're able to swing them so much is because there aren't enough of them out there. I think the total value of all current Bitcoins combined are like 2 billion dollars? Essentially, that means any fortune 1000 business, or practically any government in the world can buy the entire market. Bad. Yep. It is certainly more like commodity. It was down to 50 today and I fully expect it to go closer to 0 or at least to where it was trading at before this month. I'm not sure if bitcoins cap is that big. I talked to a guy from a trading firm and he said they were a big part of the move. Wouldn't surprise me.
  9. Heard Creaning got some national airplay on espn radio today.
  10. QUOTE (Capn12 @ Apr 12, 2013 -> 01:03 AM) Why the hell would you get someone else up in the pen??? Let Santiago pitch a couple innings...please don't tell me he is going to see 1 hitter tonight and that is it... Feign it so they wouldn't walk Flowers? I don't know.
  11. Why, again, did we not make a bigger deal of Alexrod inexplicably being given the 5th starter spot?
  12. I still can't believe there wasn't bigger outrage over the fact that he was given the fifth starter job. Unacceptable
