  1. e3 Microsoft stuff: Halo 4, Halo 1 remastered, lots of Kinect stuff, Ryse, and that's about it for their leaks. Their conference starts in about 30 minutes.
  2. Yeah what's everyone going with? I'm getting infamous, have lbp, but can't decide on a second one.
  3. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Jun 2, 2011 -> 03:29 AM) Which they'll never do. The third party franchises are pretty well established for 360 and PS3, why learn new technology when those two will only be slightly less powerful and haven't even been fully tapped yet? Well that's the whole point. The core system itself will be more in line with what the xbox and ps3 are, allowing for proper ports. They've even outsourced their online service to someone, rumored to be valve, but that would be too big of a home run to believe. If Nintendo pulled that off, they would destroy their competitors again.
  4. QUOTE (chw42 @ Jun 1, 2011 -> 09:35 PM) That new Nintendo console will probably be a bit more powerful than the PS3 and 360. Nothing more. Nintendo always tends to lag behind in terms of processing power. That's been the case the past two generations. Gcn way way more powerful than the ps2, about on par with the xbox. The cafe, Nintendo said it wants to take the core audience back so I expect it to be pretty powerful, but it may still lag because they're launching early.
  5. So e3 is next week. Any thoughts? All eyes are on Nintendo since they will be the first to delve into the next gen with a full unveiling of their Project Cafe. Sony's next portable will finally be unveiled as well. Those are the two big things, of course. But we will also see a new Zelda title (as well as more on Skyward Sword) and more on Modern Warfare 3. Most all else is being held quite to the chest. Microsoft looks like they will focus on Kinect, which will make their conference boring. Sony will be doing a lot of apologizing.
  6. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ May 28, 2011 -> 05:37 PM) I love Guillermo Del Toro's films God Dammit. For the first minute and then some I thought this was his Haunted Mansion movie. I really hope that didn't become this.
  7. QUOTE (iamshack @ May 27, 2011 -> 10:17 PM) Anyone here seen Buried yet? The entire movie is Ryan Reynolds inside a wooden coffin. Pretty creepy movie...not sure how I feel about it yet even...but definitely dark. Yeah, I wanted to like it, but I think I determined it kind of sucked. Hangover 2, kind of a bust. Yeah, literally the same movie. Pretty much all the major plot points are the same. Still worth seeing though,
  8. They had 7 FTs in a 2 possession stint, LOL
  9. QUOTE (Felix @ May 27, 2011 -> 03:17 AM) Rose took out the legs of Wade on that 3. LOL If you want to argue that Rose hit him on the arm, fine. Fair enough. But clearly Wade kicked there. The kick wasn't called because the foul was called on the arm.
  10. QUOTE (daa84 @ May 27, 2011 -> 03:16 AM) if rose fouled D wade on his 3....lebron raped rose on the last 3 Fixed. Yeah, it's no secret the Heat got an overwhemling amount of calls against the Bulls. But we knew we were playing against 8 coming in.
  11. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ May 27, 2011 -> 03:11 AM) Rose shoulda been doing that the whole series. Absolutely not. He has rarely gotten that call.
  12. QUOTE (G&T @ May 27, 2011 -> 03:00 AM) Does LeBron's? Would your answer change if he played for the Bulls? Probably. But it wouldn't change the rest of the country's opinion of him, whereas I'm pretty sure MJ is remember for his play.
  13. Man, point proven once again on LeBron being able to milk an injury more than anyone.
  14. QUOTE (G&T @ May 27, 2011 -> 03:56 AM) I'm sure if you lived anywhere but Chicago in the 90's you'd have an answer. Except Jordan was pretty beloved, especially in comparison.
  15. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ May 27, 2011 -> 03:54 AM) Potentially only 6 more possessions for both teams, make it count bastards They do.
  16. QUOTE (Felix @ May 27, 2011 -> 03:46 AM) How? Thomas was pretty obviously sliding to the right and then oversold it. It was the right call, a block. Basically it was charge because that's what the officials have called all series.
  17. "These refs" is trending on Twitter. So is Tim Donaghy.
  18. QUOTE (G&T @ May 27, 2011 -> 03:39 AM) Giant ice bag on shoulder pregame=something wrong with you I missed that part, but isn't even that normal?
