  1. Maybe don’t have a minor league manager that platoons players and is obsessed with bunting. Thankfully it seems things are improving with player development, but a lot of damage was done.
  2. Can he play LF on his not pitching days?
  3. That tandem is better than Cole and Bauer (in college)
  4. Wouldn’t him being good this year help them make the postseason, which would then be consecutive appearances?
  5. Respectfully, you worry way too much about future seasons.
  6. Sorry I will let you know my viewing schedule for games. And I can’t wait for more Sox twitter lingo to show up on this board.
  7. He’s 2 for last 22 with ten strikeouts. Of course it’s small sample size, but they haven’t been competitive at bats. No one is saying he’s awful, but he does need to make some improvements from last year for this team to excel this season.
  8. It’s less about average and more that his at bats are of the same quality we saw for more than a month last year where he was arguably the worst hitter in the majors.
  9. I like how they have him playing about ten feet in front of the track
  10. Needs to get closer to the plate and keep his shoulder in more. He’s reacting to pitches on the outside corner like they’re a foot off the plate.
  11. Just putting great swings on pitches. He looks so dangerous. Robert on the other hand looks awful. It’s like he’s not loading on his swing and is completely off-balanced.
