  1. No imagination, no shock
  2. I think pitchers also throw so hard now and framing is so extreme it’s just an impossible job
  3. Not ideal when you can put Foster and his lefty dominance in same spot
  4. Problem is Dunning isn’t good against lefties. Rather see Foster get the start.
  5. One could argue that there are 6 better options that could pitch you would rather see than Dunning though. To me, that’s pitching him just because he’s supposed to be a starter.
  6. That goal is to do it so you get the platoon advantage later in the game. I don’t trust Ricky and Coop to plan that out.
  7. That’s what a team like Tampa would do. I hate the idea of just letting Dunning start and having a quick leash.
  8. Losing Eloy is a massive loss. There’s no power outside the first five right now.
  9. Loved their focus the last two innings. No one else I would rather have had up there than Abreu.
  10. Ruiz for one, Gio G for two, D. Anderson for three....that’s 6 innings filled
  11. 2-0 pitch way off the plate called on Grandal that turned an inning around also
  12. Damn, good positioning. Umpire should be embarrassed.
  13. Entire game changed on the Madrigal play though. Lots of blame for both of them today
  14. Thing is, it’s not like that was a sinker by them that was tailing back
  15. Sure he has quick hands, but he’s struggled against fastballs almost all season.
