  1. My god EE and Mazara are such rally killers
  2. Like a week ago he said he’s going to be a 20 game winner
  3. He’s jamming himself a lot
  4. He absolutely loves Cease
  5. That was a great one up in the zone.
  6. Problem is Twins are barely flinching at some good offspeed pitches. Wonder if they can tell what’s coming.
  7. Still have the blackout towel?
  8. And how does he have more oppo power than Yoan now
  9. Was there, best game I’ve ever been to. The crowd was amazing
  10. I wish we didn’t see him in the 2020 postseason plans. It gets to a point where you just have to roll with McCann at DH
  11. Not going to see a better pitch to hit all game
  12. Beautiful swings by Eloy and Abreu. Too bad EE was up next.
  13. Can’t believe McCann is sitting again vs Berrios
  14. Michael Brantley seems like someone the Sox would love to have in the outfield given his lefty bat and past attempt to get him.
  15. And even with all that, I think there’s like a 95 pct chance he’s gone. When the hitting coach says he doesn’t know how to fix him and your announcer, who’s close with the front office, is extremely critical...the writing is on the wall.
  16. They’re going to in RF, shocked how many seem ok with Mazara returning.
  17. I don’t think there’s a chance in hell Mazara is back.
  18. We’re going to need our lefty hitters to step up though.
  19. No one does, that’s why they’re good
  20. I watched a minor league game last year where he was sitting 95 and went higher than that a few times. Given that he had some arm issues during ST, I see no reason why we couldn’t question what was going on when he was at 92 in the first (considering you usually see higher in a debut due to the adrenaline). Happy for him and the team he turned it around and gave them some productive innings. I will be honest, I didn’t see enough “stuff” by him to think he can be a contributor in the bullpen in the postseason.
  21. This year has definitely made the Sox a “cool” team for players to sign with this offseason. As long as JR doesn’t have to cut payroll, there’s no reason they can’t be a juggernaut the next few years.
  22. Wonder if he’s not healthy? His stuff was significantly better last year.
  23. Why did Nagy call a timeout towards end of half, as he allowed Lions to get the ball back after 3 and out
  24. Throwing a few mph slower than expected
