4/17 GT: Sox @ Indians, Peavy v. Westbrook
QUOTE (zenryan @ Apr 17, 2010 -> 10:24 PM) Well atleast sucking will rid this team of Ozzie. Yep, just that the way sucking on offense since the ASB of 2006 has gotten rid of Walker. At this point, Ozzie's done so much damage to the talent of this organization that it's going to be hard to recover for a few seasons.

QUOTE (jphat007 @ Apr 17, 2010 -> 10:23 PM) Our bullpen has been dominant in non pressure situations. So we've got that going for us. It's true, this going to be their 4th loss of the season I believe in 12 games.

I hate when announcers start stating how amazing our bullpen is.

That didn't take long. Everyone needs to be f***ing fired if this s*** keeps up another week. Can our outfielders ever pick a ball up cleanly?

QUOTE (JohnCangelosi @ Apr 17, 2010 -> 11:18 PM) Ozzie has no clue. Really. It's so embarrassing. Just like him leaving in Liney last year at Wrigley, this is laughable. His in game decisions with pitchers are probably the WORST in baseball- and I don't think I am exaggerating here And now he's also in charge of personnel decisions.

BTW, no home runs in 147 at bats last season against LHP for Cabrera. We're going to lose this game.

Dear Ozzie...when the wind is blowing out to right, and you can flip a hitter over to the right side, make the f***ing move. Of course, Thornton's also significantly better than Peavy. What a dumbass.

And we're tied. FIRE OZZIE! That's one of the worst decisions I've ever seen.

Another hard hit ball right at a Sox defender.

4/17 GT: Sox @ Indians, Peavy v. Westbrook
Ugh, this is just stupid. It was obvious he was fatigued in the 7th.

4/17 GT: Sox @ Indians, Peavy v. Westbrook
I'm sure he's had prettier 3 hit games, but we'll take it from Peavy. Much better!

Peavy struggling to throw strikes. Should be Thornton time soon.

QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Apr 17, 2010 -> 10:57 PM) I'm unable to watch the game since my Fox game is the Mets game but Gameday is showing that Peavy is getting squeezed big time this inning. Not that I've seen

Nice hit by Andruw there. Let's see if AJP can get one into the wind.

QUOTE (Marty34 @ Apr 17, 2010 -> 10:43 PM) Did you play the game because you have all the answers. That pitch looked hittable then had good late movement. Exactly, it was a sinker. Quentin's a smart guy, he had to know that was coming.

QUOTE (Jenksy Cat @ Apr 17, 2010 -> 10:40 PM) that was a f***ing nasty pitch. Jesus Yes it was, about time he got that call. These announcers are begging to jinx our relievers.

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Apr 17, 2010 -> 10:39 PM) The sinker wasnt low and in, go back and watch the pitch. Its right down the middle and if CQ had the approach of trying to hit it in the air, would have easily done so. The pitch was easily hittable and should have been put in the air. It wasnt in the dirt or anything, it was slightly below CQ's knees. Slightly below the knees from a sinker ball pitcher is going to result in a ground ball almost all the time, especially with someone like Quentin.
