Hopefully Freddy doesn't intentionally try to throw that high offspeed pitch tonight. No matter what anyone says, it's a bad pitch. This Twins lineup has a lot of speed in it, and you know they'll be running wild on Garcia. We need the offense to step it up this weekend.

Thornton should have been in to face Thornton, and then Jenks gets the righties. Instead, Jenks has to come in and face a dead fastball hitter with the tying run on base.

This could have been a good game to have McCarthy go 3 innings, but for some reason, Ozzie wasted him or MacDougal last night.

I love when finesse pitchers start giving up a ton of homers in a season. Nothing sounds declining production like that.

Wow...two games already today where both teams had leadoff homers.

If we go on to not make the playoffs, that Joey Cora play sending home Iguchi on Tuesday night will be one of the turning points of the season for me.
