Ventura just said he never faced Marte. I specifically remember a game vs the Yanks a few years ago where Marte got squeezed against Ventura, and eventually Rondell White won the game for the Yankees against Rocky Biddle.

Good pitch there by Vizcaino. That 2-2 pitch to Green really hurt us last inning. I guess it evens out though, as the ump missed the call on our first run.

Ozzie is treating Vizcaino like he's a starter right now it seems. Take his ass out Ozzie! When your reliever clearly doesn't have it, you don't let him keep pitching when you have other options. We called up Walker, so we should have plenty of depth in the bullpen.

Did Ozzie really just look to the bullpen thinking someone was warming up? It really looked that way. Hopefully that's not what happened.

Politte and Vizcaino need to switch roles. One is throwing great right now, while the other clearly is struggling.

I've watched Vizcaino for the last few years, and he was never so slidder-happy like he is now.

That umpire totally missed that pitch. Also, we have to stop letting players steal at will.

I've never seen a game where every ball the Sox hit, it seems to die.....while every ball Tampa hits, it keeps carrying.

Uribe should be moved up in the order right now. He's making very solid contact. He's the anti-Dye.
