The series from hell that keeps on giving. Timmy might have had the worst defensive series I’ve ever seen.

I’d be annoyed if he was playing well and batting that high. For him to suck as much as he has and still bat 2nd or 3rd makes it hard to cheer for him and the team.

Never in a million years would I have thought we’d see such an awful lineup given what we had returning at the end of last year.

Him and Yoan all the time, but this seems legit if Tony is already saying IL is possible.

We will definitely see Haseley a few times a week and Leury out there as well. This lineup is loaded!

Injury-prone players. Eloy and Robert got hurt all the time in the minors.

Sox have had more injuries than wins this year

Matt Davidson in one at bat has same number of homers as Eloy, Abreu, etc

They’re worse, they don’t have their biggest difference maker from last year (first half Rodon)

The Sox are like an NBA team that wants to contend but can’t because they don’t have someone that can guard a big man, yet they run it back without doing anything about it. It’s just asinine.

He will quit if they don’t make the postseason. Can almost guarantee it.

Yep, and that’s why Conforto (or someone that can hit RHP) would have been a nice fit. If Robert has a serious injury, this team is screwed.

I’m less worried about the first two weeks and more concerned about things going forward. Obviously if the core guys suck all year, this season will be a massive bust.

The word I heard a few weeks ago from someone who knows baseball stuff is the whole organization was way too complacent. The person HATED their offseason, no shock.

I think things look a lot better if you have a lefty slugger in RF and then can use Engel to help in CF or face LHP. I know what you mean though about all the minor league caliber talent on the roster. Sadly, those guys are performing better than the main guys.

And if he’s not enthused, that’s not good for the clubhouse at all. This team just lacks energy big time this year.

I know of a few people that think the training staff throughout the whole organization is terrible.

Maybe these dumb assholes should have signed Conforto. I can live with them not making another awful 2nd round pick.
