Hagen Smith listed for AA
Any idea on our pool and the sizes of their signing bonuses? Would these be Keller guys rather than Paddy? Hasn't it been awhile since our priciest signings were not from Cuba? Philosophy shift if so or just random/how it worked out with new regime and deals being lined up for years?
In the past, you could add anyone on the 40 man. Now the roster goes from 26 to 28 with a 14 pitcher max on Sept 1 so only 2 additions. Might be a third catcher and an outfielder? Seem to have plenty of infielders. A pitcher? Elko to DH/first base?

Early AAA game, Davitt pitching well. AA double header, McCullough and Gowens listed.
Caleb Bonemer immediately paying dividends in his return from a nagging hip injury.
Long season nearing the end and the above probably a part of it also.

Jimmy where would someone like Dalquist, Kelly, even Palisch register? Is it just that the system has enough depth that guys projected as non closer types fall short?
