QUOTE (Texsox @ Apr 8, 2008 -> 04:32 PM) Anyone hear from Steff? How is she and the baby? Amazing how priorities change and posting on a message board takes a back seat after having a baby. Is the babies name Aaron?
  2. Are you talking about the stadium club?
  3. Toledo MudHens-----Has cool history of it's own Victory Field, Indianapolis-----Beautiful Smith Stadium, Jackson Mississippi--------Typical minor league, nothing great.

That's pretty cool but 5k better get the rest of the park, and the new one for that matter.
  5. Free food? Nothing is on JR's dime, we all know that.
  6. I can't wait to see Walker back in a Sox uniform. I think only good things will happen, only hope more changes are in store. A tumbleweed just blew past JM........

Go Cal! How cool would that have been if he didn't get hurt? 2000 may have turned out a little better.
  8. I'd wager that many people were saying that about another Cub pitcher back in 1997 or 1998 (Kerry Wood), and had he not gotten injured, I believe they'd be right. So basically, to say that any young pitcher will be the best one day is expecting a bit much. Anything can happen, and a career-ending injury is just a line drive away these days, unfortunately. I'll take MB over MP A career ending injury from a line drive shall now be known as a "Wilbur Wood." By the way, it's Jesus H. Prior. :puke

Just like when the Sox had the best record in '02 but had to play the day games in the playoffs. **ck 'em.

Live a more stress-free and peaceful life. Looks like your doing ok with the shotglass and the hats-of-meat website.
  12. How many pitchers can start at once?
  13. LuvSox replied to cwsox's topic in Pale Hose Talk
:fyou "I have posted 10,000 times, you have posted 10. Therefore you are not a true Sox fan." That's the kind of bulls*** that goes on over there. Like you could never have been a fan without using an internet message board. Who was a fan before the invention of the internet? OH MY GOD, what would some people do without that board?
